3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a nice straw yellow gold with medium white head, minimal lacing, but leaves a creamy ring around the edge of the glass and a decent few white speck floaties throughout. Aroma of yeast, stale bread, slight hops, and clove. Flavor matches well and makes for a nice refreshing saison, but nothing special. Mouthfeel is slightly slick and body is medium to thin.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Malty aroma with floral and woody hints. Cloudy light yellow color with a thicker, pillowy head. Goes down like a wheat beer, but without any of the dry feeling, nice and light. Average carbonation with fruity notes. An excellent choice to be had outside on a warm evening.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a cloudy gold with a foamy white head and lots of lacing. It has a spicy aroma with lots of biscuit and sweet malt. The flavor is spices and biscuit up front with a spicy, dry finish and lots of carbonation over a medium body.

Bottle: poured a hazy golden color with a nice airy white laced head. Aroma had nice belgium phenols complemented by pear and sour apple. Nice complex taste alot of nice peppery notes, the grains of paradise were present but not to overpowering. Didn’t get much ginger but overall it was a please beer!
