Hop House pays homage to the historic hop farm that stood on the brewery grounds over 100 years ago. Hop House combines the delicious aromas and flavors of a Belgian-style ale with generous hopping, including dry-hopping. A well-balanced, yet ample, hop character defines this fine pale ale, bringing Belgian-style beer lovers and hop-heads together to enjoy our Belgian-American love child.

12oz bottle pours a hazy golden, bubbly and unfiltered with yeast sediment floating around eventually inching towards the bottom. Has a large white frothy head with is especial slow to dissipate and stays as lacing. Smells like a light Citra hopped Belgian ale, kind of like white IPAs though hops arenít as strong. Nice foamy frothy-mouth feel with a ton of carbonation that doesnít bite, awesome palate. Nice light pale ale, the Belgian yeast is the stronger backbone of the beer but the light citrus hops accentuate nice and the elements work well together. Iíve had this on draft too and it was awesome, recommended.

Sweet citrus and light yeast aroma. Lemon flavors up front, blended with Belgian yeast, baguette, citrus peel and floral hops. Undertones of caramel, peppercorn, and cereal. Dry and crisp finish. Great feel.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with two fingers of sticky off white head. Nose is earthy with some yeasty notes and peppery/spicy quality. Citrusy hops and some orange flesh. Mandarin orange. Dry and peppery/spicy in the flavor with lots of citrus rind. Very light bodied and dry with lots of citrus rind

12 oz bottle. Pours clear straw gold with a monstrous creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is straw with some earthy yeast and a little spice.

The flavor is straw and doughy malts with stale grassy hops and a touch of fruit. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, the first sips were just stale hops and earthy notes, but as I finished the bottle more sweet fruity notes came out that were nice.

Great beer. This is close to an Orval clone which is always welcome! Aroma was Belgian yeast, dank hops and light tropical fruit. Pour was very Belgian like and beautiful. Hazy light gold with lots of seiment and a 2 finger white head of tiny little bubbles. Taste was nice. The yeast and stale hop flavor played perfectly together. Light mango and bubble gum in the finish. Carbonation started out nice and strong but died down rather quickly. All in all a great beer.

Man this stuff is freaking good. Poured with a huge long-lasting cream colored head with lots of lace and a hazy amber color. Aroma is resin hop yeast malt spice. Flavors like aroma more like an IPA. Great body. Super drinking beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
