Hop House pays homage to the historic hop farm that stood on the brewery grounds over 100 years ago. Hop House combines the delicious aromas and flavors of a Belgian-style ale with generous hopping, including dry-hopping. A well-balanced, yet ample, hop character defines this fine pale ale, bringing Belgian-style beer lovers and hop-heads together to enjoy our Belgian-American love child.

Single from total wine. Murky Orange color with big white head. Frothy adds to the texture. Lots of yeast with a bit of spice pepper. Grassy herbal tea hop profile. Aroma is a little citrus.

Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate citrus, lemon peel, light Belgian yeast, grain, faint bubblegum, and florals, It pours a cloudy golden-orange with a two finger orange tinted off-white head that eventually fades to a thick film. There is some decent webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with moderate citrus with hints of Belgian yeast and the slightest touch of bubblegum. The finish has moderate grapefruit and floral hops mixed with a touch of lemon grass and lemon peel.

Pours a hazy pumpkin with foamy, tight head that lingers. Nose is lovely citrus and florals, heavy on the tangerine side with just a hint of soap. Rich body with mild effervescence that's just right to clear the palate from the hops this brew delivers. A pleasant malt balance and subtle yeasts provide complexity and depth to this very pleasing brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Big, frothy, white head, mostly lasting. Hazy, golden body. Aroma of citrus, lemon, herbs, flowers, toasted grain, pepper, light mustiness. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet, moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness. Lemon, citrus taste balanced with light funkiness and floral hop. Clean, highly drinkable. Nicely done. Can taste American and Belgian influences — a nice combination.

Pale orange color, cloudy, with large fluffy white head and thick lacing. Aroma is very floral, perfumey and citrusy. Flavor has light bitter hops, spicy belgian yeasts, dry biscuity malt finish. Pretty good overall

Nice white frothy head just over 1" in a Duvel glass. The golden liquid and slowly receding head give off a nice blend of hop and malt smells. The flavor is intitially dominated by the bitterness of the hops but as the beer warms to room temperature the favor becomes more complex with the addition of yeast flavors and pale malt sweetness in the background. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and the carbonation is definetly noticable and persistent. The finsh is quite long and slowly tapers off to some nice dry bitterness that readily invites another ship. Overall a quite nice beer and one I intend to revisit.
