Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Dry and flowery hop aroma. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, subtle yeast and again these refined flowery hops. No real hoppiness. Quite sophisticated. 200812

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, bottled 29.02.2012, BBE 29.08.2013
Somewhat stale aroma with grainy malt, some apricot and burned sugar. lavour is somewhat tart with citron. Palate is foamy and too high on CO2. Not as fruity as belgian ales usually, but otherwise quite typical belgian blonde.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
33cl Bottle: best before 05 July 2013, poured into a ’Duvel’ glass on 03 Aug 2012.
Looked fine: huge white head of large bubbles, with a golden (slight haze from the sediment) body.
Hoppy, resinous smell, not much else to report.
The hops rule the taste as well as the aromas, more citrusy in the mouth than the nose though. I also found it to be a bit over carbonated: It was fizzy actually.
Expected more from this brew: 8% ABV also too obvious in the mouthfeel, could only drink one of these in a session (I only had one bottle to taste anyway). One dimensional and uninteresting.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
bottle 33cl, a light cloudy yellow beer with huge head and good retention. Nose is sweet like and a bit spicy. Aroma is on peppery hops associated with agrume astringency medium sweet to low. Not much complexity, bitter with orange peel touch, citrus, a bit boring.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
33cl bottle @ 4 seasons, Oudenburg.
Aroma of citrus, green apple.
Straw-colored, clear but turns very hazy when pouring the yeast. Nice fizz and lot’s of lacing.
Taste is citrus with a bitter finish, really thirst-quenching. Much carbo but still soft.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JUL 20, 2012 Yellow colored pour. Big white head that drops to a layer of white bubbles. Tons of lacing - makes it seem as if the head is still present it’s so thick. A citrusy, fruity aroma intermingled with hops and malt. Nice fruity flavor in the mouth with a hint of yeast. The finish is somewhat metallic. Decent.
