Bottle, 330 ml. Poured into a tulip glass at home. ABV 8% Pale golden yellow colour on the body, bright, crystal clear, with lots of activity in it. A huge white, soapy head sitting on top with great retention and thick lacing left behind as it collapses. Aroma of yeast, candy sugar, grass. Taste is bette, although also with lots of candy sugar and yeast, but at least there are some fruity and kind of sour notes to balance all the sweetness. Meduim thin body, average carbonation. Little dryness on the palate. Overall a quite average belgian ale, not impressed.

Bottle from national brewery centre, Burton. Golden beer with slight haze and medium head. Aroma of yeast and herbal notes. Taste is herbal, salt, citrus and yeast. Not too good for a Belgian strong ale.

Mooi wegebbende nasmaak. Dikke langdurige kraag op semi troebel witgoud.
