Served from the tap at café de paardestal in Mechelen, NL. Poured with generous head to enhance the aroma of citrus and mild bread. Beautiful lacing on the glass, and the beer itself is the cloudy gold which I love in this style. Mouth feel is very creamy, really a pleasure to roll around on the tongue. Taste is earthy, bitter, but refreshing. Not a stand out exceptional beer, but quite tasty and refreshing nonetheless!

33cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Poured a light yellow with a thin white top. Taste of banana, watermelon, citrus, yeast; very tropical. Fizzy on the palate, superb carbonation. I’m going against the grain here because I loved this beer!

A pale golden yellow coloured beer with a frothy white head. A spicy aroma, clove and peppery, yeasty and a sweet fruitiness. Medium mouthfeel. A smooth and slightly sweet flavour, clove spice and ripened fruit, all of which is balanced by a tart yeastiness, which lasts into the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden colour with a huge white head. Fruity nose. Rather sweet taste. Very much carbonized, medium bodied. Strong fruity notes on palate, hints of banana and coriander. B @ BF

(Bottled) Quite hazy yellow with a medium, firm head. Fresh citrus-wheaty nose with some sweet, pale malt. Flavor is similar with fresh citrus and pale - not too sweet - malt. Slight acidity in the finish. Medium body, fresh and easy to drink. A basic, quality blond-wit hybrid, that goes down well at least in the summer.

Fizzy carbonation keeps the head thick, Color is dark golden and aroma of sweet grass. Mouthfeel is just about right, and fizziness leaves a lasting impression on the palate. Mild taste of hay, difficult to detemine, as the fizzinessdistracts...but good nonetheless.

Another rate from memories . Kinda like a duvel ripoff ( realy , the brewerie themselves told me this is their try to be duvel ) You cannot compete with duvel , duvel is the only beer to be at any belgian bar ( seriously , ive never seen an exeption)and to try to change that , is prettty damn stupid of haacht . Especialie cause this tastes way less good Z. Extremely overcarbonated does not equal duvel !
