All sorts of subtle flavorsand the ginger works great, Probably the hops which come through here better than many attempts to make ahopped Belgian. Dangerously drinkable is correct dchmela (1426), Orlando, Florida, USA

Not as sour a taste, very malty apple flavor, slightly tart. Very refreshing and fruity and hints of spices, I found it tasty. GregClow (2495), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 21, 2008 Pour is a cloudy orange with floaters. Puffy head sits at about 6mm and the carbonation constantly bubbling keeps it there. Smells very fruity, almost like an orange. Flavor is bitter fruits and yeast. Good mouthfeel. Lacing is decent. A different, but solid, brew. mrhoppy (209), Santa Clara, California, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 17, 2008 Bottled March 2008, batch number two, One Pint 9.4 oz. Opens with minimal carbonation. Pours a clear golden color with foamy white head. Huge bubbles. Right out of the bottle it has an unfortunate smell reminiscent of dish soap. That vanishes after the beer is left to breath for a few minutes in the open air. There comes a funkiness that tames the clash on the palate between Brett and dry hops; they mellow at the touch of fresh air. I could definitely enjoy this one on a hot summer day. durhambeer (1202), Durham, USA

Very hazy golden pour with some chunklets of goodness. Earthy sweet honey was the dominant aroma, then yeast, and undertones of apricot, citrus, light spice, and mild brett. I did not find this very complex at all... no real brett funk; light hop characteristics and sweetness was the dominant flavor. I really like saisons, but this was throughly just okay.
