(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Degarth. Slightly hazy, pale golden with a white head. Vaguely tart, citrusy nose with a whiff of yeast. Medium body with fruity accents and a somewhat astringent quinine-like bitterness. I would’ve thought that the Brett character had developed more by now. It’s hardly noticeable in this bottle. 301107

UPDATED: APR 25, 2008 Bottled, thanks kmweaver! Pours muddy golden with airy head. Sweaty, lightky citric yeasty nose. Lightly fruit with medium body, some fresh hops mixes with a light touch of Brett acidity. Slimmer and more drinkable than I’d expect an 8% beer to be, yet complex. The funky character drowns a little bit in fruit and yeast though.
