ChristianScheffel (4431), Odense, Denmark May 11, 2008 Slightly cloudy light amber beer with a medium sized bubbly head. Quite weak aroma, tangerine, lemon, coriander and a touch of nutmeg. Sweet clean flavour with malt and citrus. Unspectacular but a very pleasant drinker. rampmaster (316), Alden, New York, USA May 9, 2008 This is one “Sly Fox”. It has a beautiful red/ orange amber color with a hazy body. Tiny bubbles form a thick foamy head that has a light tan color. An inviting aroma of sweet floral orange and spices mingle with doughy yeast and malts. On the tongue there is a complex sweet, fruity and spicy character with caramel malts and doughy yeast mixing with dark cherries, spices and orange peel. Hops add some light bitterness and dryness to the finish. The palate is full bodied with just the right amount of carbonation. It is smooth and very drinkable. Outstanding! mattmc1973 (301), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA May 8, 2008 12 oz bottle, poured amber/brown with very frothy white head. Head lasts quite a while, and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is a bit disappointing for a Belgian style. It’s slightly fruity, with malt and yeast. Taste is tart and sweet, and body is quite watery. Overall it’s OK, nothing special or great. lemasney (398), Trenton, New Jersey, USA May 2, 2008 ABV: 6.5 %

Impression: Thick white head goes down to nothing quickly on top of a cloudy orange body. Amber tinged. Banana and fruit aroma is fairly common in this Belgian style. Slightly watery body is disappointing. Good aftertaste, but immediate impression is watery. Spicy finish. Flavors include peppers, coriander, banana, flowery hops, sandy yeast, and generally spicy presence.

Overall: 14 out of 20. I liked the flavor, visuals, and aroma, but it was all just a bit lacking in impact. fredandboboflo (1395), East Setauket, New York, USA May 1, 2008 From Growler. Aroma of a tantalizing concoction of spices, maybe some clove and liquorice in there, never good with naming particular spice notes...fruity notes dash in and out, always too quickly for my nose to name. Sweet malt and spicy/bitter hops take background roles but are noticeable. Flavor lets go of the spices to an extent in favor of a sweet fruit (strawberry-citrus?) generously served over hops. Very, very drinkable, and very, very good. BeerGestapo (729), Windsor, Pennsylvania, USA May 1, 2008 (USA) Courtesy of AFI96, Thanks dude!! Brown / Amber color with a med-tan head. This brew has a spicy / vanilla / flowery aroma, with a carmel / malty taste. The mouthfeel is wonderful, rich and smooth !!! If you want to go belgian style this would be a good start. jjuf1853 (467), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA Apr 30, 2008 Bottle pours a cloudy honey amber color with a billowing white head. Aroma of malt, dried fruit, and spices. Nice flavor that is sweet and yeasty. Smooth and enjoyable. allfreej (358), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Apr 30, 2008 Bottled. Poured cloudy amber with a tan, foamy head. Nose was spice, yeats, and fruit (pears). Flavor was malty, spicy, with hints of banana and clove. Finish was mildly hoppy with a carbonated mouthfeel.
