It is a beautifull cloudy orange/amber color with a very quickly fading head. The overall aroma was very light with a strong dose of yeast and some citrus. The taste was nice, slightly sweet throughout, not really bitter at all. The finish was quite short. Medium to light body with somewhat lively carbonation. charcot25 (181), Cordova, Tennessee, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 11, 2007 Light amber beer with rapidly diminishing white head. Spicy aroma with typical witbier notes of coriander and citrus but others (ginger?) possible. Has a light toasted malt character and tart, slightly bitter finish. Well-attenuated. Overal a good Belgian session ale. juiceisloose (667), Windermere, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 7, 2007 This poured an amberish red color with a medium white head. It had a nice aroma of citrus fruits, sweet malts, and candy sugar. The flavor on this was very nice with the fruits and malts coming through with some yeasty flavors in the background. The spices were pretty minimal as the fruity malts dominate the flavor. This was medium bodied with good carbonation that finished smooth with a sweet aftertaste. This one was pretty good and very easy to drink. porterhouse (1152), Alna, Maine, USA

Excellent pour. The nose is spicy, malty, and bit of yeasty musty smells. Flavor is of malt with a bit of acidity in it, just like in a strawberry. Just right. Very balanced. I really enjoy great Belgian Session beers! This one is nice and complex with the flavors. KDorgan12 (163), Memphis, Tennessee, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 29, 2007 Bottle-Memphis. An cream colored head that is sustained throughout the life of the beer. Yeasty aroma with some acidic pop on the tongue. A good session beer but I was expecting more layers of malt character.
