Draft. Pours a reddish amber tinted with orange and brown, a little bit cloudy, and with a thin off-white head. The aroma was sweet, malty, fruity, and spicy - notes of raisin bread and cinnamon apples. The flavor follows the aroma: cinnamon apples. There are also soft, peppery notes that balance the sweetness. The middle of the tongue picks up a subtle acidity that is refreshing - like the small squeeze of fresh lemon juice one might add to seafood to "brighten" up the flavor. This touch of tartness goes well with the malt flavors and the spices. The finish is short and somewhat dry, with a gentle dose of peppery hops to balance the whole experience. The mouthfeel was tingly with carbonation - and turned creamy after swishing around in the mouth. A very decent abbey-style ale.

12 ounce bottle in Duvel glass. Hazy amber with dense half-inch head and some lace. Mild fruity aroma with faint hop and faint alcohol. Very fruity flavor (peachy) with mild spice and mild tobacco bitterness. Very clean finish. Medium-light body, medium high carbonation. Refreshing and subtle but not much flavor overall. Pleasant but not outstanding.

12 oz. pours amber...what a surprise...aromas of fruit, perhaps dark fruits, nothing in particular though. sugar, and...MALTS! taste? rich, creamy, fruity. it’s simple. as to the mouthfeel? it’s smooth. hits the palate in the three big areas. finish is smooth. try this ale. it’s rather tasty and satisfying.

bottle. above average tan semi-creamy head with good lacing. cloudy red body. aromas of hops, light malts, cherries (but less than expected), a vinousness was also present. flavor had some aceticness to it. short duration on finish. okay belgian ale.

used a tall glass that poured a head that was 3" tall. that beer was a nice amber color. taste has a citrus notes, yeast with a slight hoppy bitterness. This has been a nice Belgian knock-off.

Had on tap at the winking lizard. Poured a cloudy light amber color, nice frothy head...Taste was sweet citrus, some cinnamon, and other spices, and of course sweet malts. I really liked this one!

Smells very strongly of spicy wheat. Pours a very murky dark golden amber color, lots of bubbles with a huge pillowy head. The cork actually shot out of the bottle when the cage was unwound. Scary. But delicious. Tastes very yeasty and thick with wheat. A delicious wheat beer with a very distinctive yeast taste.

Bottle poured a hazy copper with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of carmel, toffee, fruitiness and light yeast. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of straw, carmel, light citrus and a hint of spice with a crisp lightly sweet finish.
