COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rare Vos is flemmish for "Sly Fox," and the name of one of Brussels’ great cafes. It has a sweetly fruity malt character and yeasty spiciness. A fine dose of yeast permits the beer to mature and mellow in the bottle.

Pours rich honey color with fluffy off white head. Sweet and spicy aroma, maybe oranges and cardamom. The flavor is exemplary belgian. Sweet and yeast with a mellow bitter bite and adequate carb. It’s very well balanced. Some belgians I’ve had lately are very intense and sweet, but this is a little more mellow. VERY nice.

Bottle. Light amber pour with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, a little fruity and typical belgian. Has a strong fruity/alcoholic/bananaeee flavor. This is a good Belgian beer.

I thought this was great - bottle from Morry’s of Naples. Really full amber body: tart brown sugar, dark (but not overripe) fruit, hops are surely present and balanced well. Very nice Belgian specemin.

Orange amber pour, nice appearance to it. Has some fruit in he nose. Yeasty and spicy. Medium body. Real good mellow flavor. If you’re looking for something that is not too strong but is packed with flavor than this is it.

Bottled. Hazy amber coloured. Dense beige head. Aroma is yeasty and citric. Fruits and spice are notable. Flavour is fruits and spiced. Has a distinct yeasty touch and some citric notes are there. Is medium bodied. A bit watery and dry. Fruity and sweet end. Is quite crisp, but miss some debth and lenght in the flavour.
