This poured from the bottle a golden amber (is that a conflict in terms? just slightly cloudy, with a huge white head and lots of nice lacing. Nose of yeast, malts, carmel, spices, and fruit like lemon or orange Mouthfeel is slightly creamy. Very smooth. Flaver is crisp, almost tending toward sharp, but still quite good. Cloudy amber colour with a huge white head. Aroma of yeast and spices, also flavour of yeast , spices and fruitness, with a profil of wheat and malt. A good exemple for a belgium style ale. Ends with a little alcoholic finish. Capa (955), Yokosuka, Japan Dec 18, 2006 Poures a beautiful yellow-orange witha large, fluffy off white head. Aroma is of malts and fruits, lightly citrus. Spice notes are also in the aroma. Flavor is malty and spicey. Citrus fruit notes are also in there.
