Plentiful aromas of cherries, wine, brandy and freshly baked bread. Thick and malty with a hint of cherries (a little less than I was optimistically expecting from the 2% cherry beer mix). movezig (137), Pensacola, Florida, USA

Flavors of raisins and plums as well as dark roast malt, slight banana and a tiny bit of citrus. Has a sort of leathery character to it. Great brew. finol (486), Nacka (Stockholm), Sweden

Color was deep caramel amber that was light on the edges but seemed to deepen at the center of the glass. the fruity cherries are subtle in the nose but a sweetness from caramel as well. those sweet smells transfer to the taste with a bit of alcohol int he back. Really the best part of this beer is the sharpness of the carbonation that nearly burns my tongue like holy water burns Emily Rose. Full body that makes me want to fill my glass over and over again. hirigalzkar (563), Stockholm, Sweden

This beer is among the best I’ve had in the category for its wonderfully balanced flavor that is simply pleasurable. The aroma of this beer is moderately close to that of cherry hard candy mixed with malts and dried fruit complexes. The taste of the beer is yeasty and there is somewhat of a hint of caramel present. This beer has a sizable amount of alcohol due to its style, which somewhat impedes the flavor complex. The head pours moderate and settles to a thin and uniform layer of perfect tiny bubbles. The head does lightly lace the glass. This beer is great with food, and is also good as an after dinner beverage. I simply cannot get enough of this beer. jhagmar (114), Gothenburg, Sweden
