Pours a translucent pale yellow with a lacy white head. Very little smell of citrus. Tastes like citrus and cereal with a distinct malty sweetness. Smooth mouthfeel and clean finish.

On tap and poured into a pint sized tapered glass. Cloudy yellow appearance with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, and citrus. Taste is the same with some tartness at the end. Very good.

12oz bottle. Packaged on 5/10/11, best by 5/20/12. Minimal white bubbly head. Lots of bubbles on the side of the glass. More hazy yellow color. Stronger, pronounced carbonation. Not much taste, but what’s there is not great. Just a lightly sour sweet, some tart. Dry texture. Not much aroma either. Some mild coriander, some lemon soda. Tastes not fresh, but I’m not sure how much better this would be judging from how it is now. The second half was very nice to wash a sandwich down with, however. Definitely got better as it sat and warmed up a bit.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast citrus notes of some orange peel, spicy notes and some light banana. Taste is wheat, citrusy orange peel, banana and yeast with a bit of sweet tartness. Palate is a light body, crisp mouth feel and good carbonation. Finishes with a sweet citrusy flavor, some yeast, wheat notes with some light banana end has a bit tartness. Overall a good refreshing session ale.

Bottle. Weak foamy white head, which quickly vanished. Cloudy pale yellow, almost pineapple color. Aroma of lemon peel, coriander, and orange. Flavor was fruity, with orange, lemon, and some spice, but very weak in that category. Harsh carbonation for a whit. Was refreshing, but not pleasant overall to the palate.

Very similar to Sterkens White ale. Good, just another witbier. Jonathan Tasted.

pours slightly cloudy amber yellow, small head, ringed retention, runny lacing, some slow-moving CO2 streams. Other than a bit of citrus on the nose, it is rather muted. Clean orange peel, mild tang, coriander, lemon, white pepper, banana, low malt, 1/10 bitterness and clean finish. Medium complexity, medium-depth, needs more carry, good transitions, great drinkability. It goes great with spicy food - you get a prolonged firey finish.
