Bottle and draft. Always a good choice in the summer. I prefer this one with no lemon. Nice spice, great wheaty body and flavor.

Smells like citrus and, vaguely, coriander. Maybe cinnamon? Thick white head, cloudy brass color. First taste is orange peel; second is dilute soap. Mostly enjoyed it, but the soapy aftertaste really killed it for me. Feh.

pours a semi-cloudy yellow with a large white foamy head, and good lacing.
smell is of wheat, bread yeast, citrus, and a touch of banana.
taste is smooth, wheat, yeast, some citrus, some peanut, and some banana, ends a little tangy, and a little dry.

Poured a cloudy pale yellow with a decently sized white head that left a little bit of lacing. Aromas of grass, citrus and some yeast. Very strong citrus flavor that was a bit tart but was balanced very nicely by a wheat aftertaste. This is one of my favorite Witbiers.

750ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, golden body with a two-finger width, frothy, white head that dissipates quickly, but never completely vanishes and leaves a moderate amount of lacing. Aroma is straightforward, but inviting. Sweeter wheat malts, coriander, and soft/lightly tart lemons and oranges. Flavor is similar. Relatively straightforward, but nice. Starts with a smooth wheat malt before the sweet lemons and oranges come in. Not tart yet. Finishes with some soft yeast and coriander before drying and yielding to a sweet wheat, somewhat tart lemon aftertaste. Palate is medium bodied and soft with a light carbonation. Overall, an enjoyable wit. Good balance and refreshing. Goes down very easily. A tad underated IMO.

Pours bright yellow with medium white head. Aromas of citrus and yeast. Tastes of grilled lemons and banana bread. Smooth, crisp, clean finish. Good summer beer.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2010 On tap at rattle n hum. Soapy with banana and dough nose. Pours slight cloudy yellow. Taste is same as nose, with some tart. A very nice wit. Bottle at Dba... Caramel and vanilla notes.
