Wheaty and slightly sour aroma with citrus, some grain and hints of spices and coriander. Flavour is sligghtly sour with citrus and spices. A bit thin palate and slightly too high on CO2. Still, good wit.

Pours cloudy yellow colour with a faint greenish tint and small head. Aroma is citrus, peach, soapy grass, some spices and yeast. Flavour is citrus, spices, dry hay and yeast. Light to medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Balanced and could drink large quantities on a warm summer day.

Pours a pale, hazy, yellow colour with a small head on the edges. Aroma of wheat, citrus and pale malts. Flavour of wheat, tart citrus, spices, pale malts and sweet fruits. Mild perfume notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a refreshing finish of wheat, some malts and citrus. Nice spicy and slightly sour witbier.

on tap at la guardia airport, hazy pale straw color with a thin head, the aroma is sour typical-wheat beer, taste is very crisp and light with a citrusy refreshing spiciness. excellent witbier.

Bottle. Pour is a hazy straw yellow with a good white head. Good rentention, little lacing. Aroma is very typical: wheat malt, citrus, banana, light spices, hay. Taste is light, dusty, with a nice citrus touch. Palate is soft, light-bodied, moderate carbonation. Just a good, easy to find wit.

This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.
