3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a light yellow. Has a wheat, floral, and citrus aroma. Taste is great for a Belgian white. A carbonated beer with a mix of lemon, wheat, light hops, and some malt. Dry and slightly bitter aftertaste.

Light beer, easy to drink. Floral notes. Nothing too special about this offering, but a fine summer beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance was clear yellow gold with diminishing whitish 1 finger creamy head, spotty lace. Aromas are slight wheat, lemon, spices, no alcohol. Taste are hints of grainy wheat, sweet malts, lemon tartiness and some spices. Palate was smooth soft CO2 with light body, average length tarty spicey finish. A beautiful Witbier for the style. Great refreshing summer brew.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught. Pale hazy yellow with nice snowy head. Subtle aromas of spicy malt, citrus and coriander. Fairly high carbonation, but with a soft finish. Taste was subtle and refreshing- not huge on the spices, but a well-crafted white all the same.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a lemonade color with a bit of lace that sticks. Smells properly belgian with a bit more fruit than normal. The taste was where I was surprised. Fairly sour for a wheat, not necessarily "sour". Not very spicy, but a bit more bitter at the end than I’ve had in other whites. Fairly light palate. I like this beer 3/4 for enjoyment and 1/4 in appreciation for it’s differences.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass, pours golden yellow with lots of carbonation and a fluffy white head. light citrus and floral aromas. light sweet tastes on the tongue, very appealing mouthfeel and carbonation, very lively. Overall a great belgian white beer, lower alcohol than the other Ommegang beers, could almost be a session beer at around 5% Highly recommended.

2.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
The color of this beer is a hazy light golden with a large white head, but the aroma is unfortunately skunky with a hint of sour dough yeast. The taste is quite sour and slightly sweet, which is not too terribly appealing, and the palate combines a medium body, average carbonation, slick texture, and an abrupt finish.

Fruity aroma. Lemonade colored pour. Nice flavors, true to white’s. Thin palate. Overall pretty good.
