COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ommegang Witte, a traditional Belgian-style wheat ale with whispers of sweet orange and a touch of tart lemon. Soft and seductive, Ommegang Witte is this summer's version of spicy intrigue and refreshing flavor.

A bit of a disappointment. Was expecting a more fully bodied beer but seemed a little watery. Can taste hints of orange and lemon. Not a terrible beer but nothing that great either

(Big bottle at Haket, Göteborg) Shared with Marsiblursi. Clear pale golden color, white head. Very sweet, candy-like, scent; also spices. Light sweet taste, some spices. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness. I didn’t wuite sence the typical spicy and citrus note for a Wit. Might be better as a summer beer than in the winter.

750ml bottle. A mostly hazed bright yellow pour with a big white head about 3 fingers thick. Aromas of orange and lemon peel as well as some coriander and nutmeg. Flavor was of tart lemons and yeast. One of the better "domestic" Belgian Witbiers I’ve tried recently.

From the tap poured a hazy light golden color with a good amount of head. Very light fruity flavor with a quick finish.

750 ml in pint glass, I really liked all the lemon and clove and no need for an extra lemon slice with this. Cloudy yellow color with big white head. A really nice wit with a lot of flavor and good body.

A nice light beer. The aroma is VERY citrusy with notes of clove. The appearance is nice with a great cloudyness associated with this style of beer. A wonderful white head disappears as you drink the beer. A good amount of carbonation detracts from the otherwise very good beer. Great citrus notes and a hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a clody straw color with a dense white head. Aroma is lemon zest, light grains, orange, spice. Flavor is light malts, wheat, lemon, orange, spice. Palate is light bodied, medium carbonation, finishe clean and refreshing. Very nice.

750ml bottle - Pours hazy light yellow with a big white head. It’s bubbly and smells of yeast and citrus. The flavor is sweet and light without being watery and has some good citrus notes and a hint of spice. It’s not my favorite style by any means, but this one is a good example of a witbier.
