Bottle, mybrewerytap.com. A real surprise at how light this was. Aroma is faint, with coriander just discernible. Has a hazy yellow appearance, with a nice strain of orange peel running throughout the flavour. Very easy drinking and perfect for the summer’s evening I drank this on.

Very pale, slightly hazy yellow with a fairly large white, sudsy head that rapidly fades until the whole thing resembles a Coors Light. Aroma of typical witbier; citrus and coriander, but rather malty and dusty (like the inside of a vaccuum cleaner bag) with a hint of bandaids. The taste is light and malty and spicy with fruity, dusty and yeasty flavors. Light bodied with average carbonation and a bit of a dry, metallic finish. OK session beer, but I’d rather not smell it too much.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color. Aroma: Light farmyard hay, lemon (a bit like that from a plastic lemon), flower blossoms.
Flavor: dusty straw and lemon.
Comment: Light, delicate and refreshing. Well made. Good carbonation provides a pleasant mouth feel.

Tap at the Euston Tap, London. A plain Wit. Thin, no fizz. Too much lemon and not enough chalk. OK.

Bottle. Lemon and spice aroma. Hazy yellow with small quickly dissipating head. Citrus, spice, with a bitter and metallic finish. I think the bitterness may be due to the spice being a little over the top. Light bodied, moderate carbonation.

Draught@Euston Tap, London. Hazy yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, some wood and mild hoppy notes. Flavour is very similar with some slight spicy notes as well. Semi mouthdrying, but really pleasant on a hot day.
