Pale yellow in color. White frothy head. Orange citrus forward with spicy notes at the end. Not as sour as some in this style. Ommegang never disappoints. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From bottle. Cloudy yellow with a pillowy white head. Delicate bubbles. Really rice looking. As a homebrewer, I wish I could get my whites to look like this. Nose is lemon esters and black pepper. Some wheat too. Taste follow the same pattern, with coriander creeping into the mix. Dry mouthfeel. Very nice. Shortlist this for your next moules frits dinner party.

2014 bomber to a tulip glass. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is candied banana and bubblegum with a hint of tart funk. Taste is clean and light with banana cream and yeast. Highly carbonated with some burn. Thin-medium mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a pale straw/light white body with no head (but it was an on tap pour, so no points missed on this one) and some light carbonation was seen rising. The smell had some wheat with some lemon and coriander coming through very lightly, no yeast?, ok, no worries to me at least. The taste was basically the same but added some pepper. The palate was light and added some harshness on the tongue. It was very drinkable. Overall, this was good for the style, and perhaps a bit on average for me, though I’m not much of a witbier kind of guy, also seemed kinda weak on the yeast.

A good brew that is above average in all aspects. Pours a nice lemon colour with smallish lacing head. Smell is definite lemon citrus and wheat undertones. Taste was light wheat with a lemon flavor. Mouth feel was dry throughout, but not overly so, Very easy on the drink ability scale...light bodied with a refreshing dry crispness throughout.
