3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 bs476 (77) - - AUG 19, 2012Lighter Belgian ale yeast, cannot quite put my finger on it. Body is lighter, slightly watery but compensated for in the lingering finish. Very obvious clove and maybe cinnamon on nose/palate. I like the pale color but cannot quite get over the watery-ness. Would pass next time.

Exactly what I want a white to be. Looks great, unfiltered and golden. Nose of wheat and coriander. Tastes wheaty, a little kick of spice, a
little fruity. Easy to drink, moderately carbonated. Premiere example of the style.

Pretty good example of a classic Belgian witbier. Clouded light gold in colour with a thick creamy white head. Arooma has good citrus, fruit and banana scents. Taste is sweet and very smooth.
