Jun 27, 2004 Great, sweet head. Great, sweet-tasting beer. Became, perhaps, my favorite witbier on initial tasting. Tastes salty, lemony, citrus-tinged. Smooth. Not too carbonated. An excellent, refreshing summer drink. Near perfect!

Aug 28, 2008 750ml bottle. Cloudy light straw with a white head. Citrus and spice aromas. Medium body with a big mouthfeel. Slight tanginess. Very refreshing.

Jun 5, 2004 Hazy straw-gold, massive white, firm head. Lovely nose, amazingly wheaty, bits of clove and yeast. Also smells quite a bit like buttered fresh corn on the cob, but not in a "crappy macro filled with adjuncts" sort of way. Flavor is very spicy, some yeastiness, also a bit citrusy. Bit fizzy. Ends quite dry.

May 8, 2004 Nice big rocky head. Aromatic as heck - smells of fruity grass and sweet plums. Effervescnt light golden in color. Nice tart apple and lemon flavor. Leaves a bit of a sour yeast finish. This is a fine brew!
