good, not great, had at Dancing Cat Saloon in Bethel, light and a little earthy with a hint of hay in the malt, but could have been a bit stronger for my taste

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Geruch deutlich nach Koriander, ein bisschen nach Zitrus-Badreiniger, zudem Hefe und Weizen. Geschmack geht fast in Richtung Weizenbier, kaum säuerlich, Hefe- und Nelkennoten.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle. No code date apparent. Appearance: Pale yellow and cloudy, with a frothy white foam head.
Aroma: Belgian yeast esters dominate, with banana most prominent. Apple and pear noticeable as well. Can’t really pickup any coriander or orange peel.
Taste: Light, bready malt with a hint of lemon, leading into strong yeast esters of banana and pear.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium with some creaminess and moderately high carbonation.
Finish: Slight lingering spice, with strong banana esters.
Overall: Good witbier. Belgian yeast really dominates this beer. Less orange peel and coriander impact on this beer than others. Still a very refreshing and delicious Belgian Wit.

12oz bottle. Hazy light yellow-tan body, creamy, fluffy white head...pretty great appearance. Some zesty coriander in the aroma. Not a spicebomb by any means though, this is very balanced and authentic tasting. A really well done Wit. Easy light to medium body. Pretty much nails the style.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
A nice thick, slow to subside, off-white head, a little lace, and a hazy yellow color. Aroma is yeast fruit, spice. Flavor loses the spice and there is a nice mild wheat flavor along with the fruit and carbonic tang & a hint of sweet. Very clean and refreshing. Nice brew.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy, pale gold with a foamy white head. It has a light aroma of biscuit and orange zest with a flavor that is bread and bright citrus up front and a spicy finish over a light body.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour on tap, hazy golden pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of white fruit with peach, pear, some slight orange into some coriander, bubble gum, fruity notes into a bit of spicy yeast. Taste was a mix of spice, yeast, bread into a bit of nice orange, coriander, clove into some slight bubble gum, finishing sweet.
