Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

Good white head with lacerings, over hazy orange beer. Flowery, dry hosp. Bit cakey, raisins, blossoms. Very bitter, hoppy flavour. Faint exotic fruit. Finish goes towoards quiinine-like bitterness, mixed with rosewater. Spritzy, very dry; dry-out effect as from tannins. Bit raw, crude in character. I’ve had better IPA’s for sure, and the black version is more accomplished.

DoublEE (783) - South Euclid, Ohio, USA - SEP 16, 2012
Flavor is dry piney and citrus hops, citrus juice and slight malt. Long, slightly astringent hop finish that is still enjoyable because of the somewhat complex flavors of the hops. Medium bodied with a hint of creaminess. I

Pale golden amber. Nose is a blast of pine & resin-y hops. Medium bodied with a bitter hop flavor dominating the entire palate, but some grapefruit and tart orange come through. Dry finish.

Bottle. We got the light version. Clear golden color, white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of grass, scallions. Taste is bitter scallions. Nice.

Bottle. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small sized head. Aromas of citrus, lemon pledge, rotten rinds, herbal, and some spices. Tastes of citrus, herbal, spices, and some weird fruitiness. Just something different that I really didn’t care for.

Habanero (3081) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2012
Bottled. Pours hazy golden medium sized off-white head leaving a good lacing. Nose of citrus and pine. Sweet flavor of citrus, especially grapefruit, resin and caramel. Medium bodied, oily textuere and soft carbonation. Ends up solid bitter. A very hoppy and markedly IPA.

Pour hazy golden, with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of spruce, pine, grass, slight apricot. Quite hoppy... Taste is rather bitter, with some faint sweet and fruity notes. Medium body, with a fizzy carbonation.

50cl (Omnipollo version), new exclusive Swedish collab. brew Anno 2012, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex bitter brew, bitter/fruity and slightly malty/woody, very bitter, yet balanced, hazy dark golden blond, good head, good brew, yet expensive, but original concept!

Bottle from Beer Revolution. Pours cloudy golden with an attractive white head and a citrus aroma. There is a robust caramel malt flavor with significant hop bitterness and a dry chalky finish that remains on the palate.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Looks like a wit. Pours hazy light gold/creamy white head. Aroma of mixed pine and celery. Med body. Flavor is fruit over mild caramel. Possibly some herb. Nicely bitter. Very fresh. Good beer.
