Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, average to large and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, tropical fruitiness and faint caramel, lots of grapefruit and piney hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and dryish flavor, light tropical fruitiness with quite a lot of grapefruit and piney hoppyness. Finish is average to long, malty and dry, faint fruitiness, lots of sharp piney hoppyness. Huge amounts of hoppyness - in the finish bitterness gets bit sharp. Anyway, well hopped IPA. .

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average firm frothy lacing white head. Nice hop aroma, slightly cheesy yeasty touch. Taste is also hop dominated, widely simply bitter, only with hints of grass. Could do better with a fuller, more malty body.

Pours a cloudy blonde/golden color with a quick lacing one finger head. Aromas are fresh hops, grapefruit, citrus and a touch of pine. Taste is bitter, very bitter, full of fresh grass, stinging nettles, spruce, and just a hint of citrus on the front and back... well constructed and very fresh.
