Congratulations, you have just managed to get your hands on Russian Roulette - a rare kind of collaboration between Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark) and OMNIPOLLO (Sweden).

This beer would best be described as an IPA with a twist. A twist that will reveal itself first after you "bust some caps".

One thing remains sure however, if you like hops and the lush texture of a well crafted beer this will have you smiling as you face your destiny.

Good luck,
Jeppe (Evil Twin Brewing) and Henok (OMNIPOLLO)

This is my favourite beer from Jeppe so far. This is so good it is poosible that if/when I drink it again I’ll rate it 20/20. It’s bitter as it goes but still much more wellbalanced then it’s comparible beer "1000ibu ultramate". The hops really burn and lingers for a long long time. I also like the Russian Roulette concept even if it had nothing to to with the beers taste or looks. Sadly for me I got 3 of the Black IPA and only one of the IPA (but the black one is really good to so...). Grass and Citrus dominate the taste and it fills your whole mouth and throat. Lovely.

BOOM Pale IPA!!! Pours a clear golden with a small white head and lacings. Very bitter with some hoppy sweetness. Lots of hops aromas; mostly spruce - but also floral and plant sap notes. Nice with such a fresh hops experience! Medium bodied. Medium to soft carbonation. Long, extremely bitter finish. Good stuff.

Bottle, thanks Søren/Bonke. Pours clear golden, with a small white head. Aroma: Loads and loads of fresh fruity juicy hops! Mangos, peach, pineapple, passionfruit, sweet orange, orange peel, citrussy hops, small underlying maltbase, decomposing leaves, plantsap, guava, cats piss, yeast, possibly some Nelson notes as well, some fried onion (apollo?) Taste: Very fresh, dry as bones, bitter! golden syrup, grassy, plant sap, fresh squeezed hop juice, peach orange peel, resin, pine needles, light soapy, perfume, tangerine, yeast, citrussy, west coast style niceness, very dry and bitter finish. Quite extreme, but in a damn good way HOPS GALORE! hats off to you Jeppe & Henok

This pale version ROCKS. Very peculiar, personal imprint from the Danish brewery to IPAs, extremely marked with an explicit will to kill (with hops), it pours of a rarely bright golden - nose is totally rich with citrus and tropical tuttifrutti, the malting provides a substantious yet lively body.

Bomber from Blue Dog, and I made sure to light check this one as I had already rated the black version. The pour was chill hazy morning urine yellow with 2-finger frothy white head that clang and laced well. Nose is great; huge hops, black pepper, florals, pineapple, orange marmalade, honey, tangerine. Tastes semi-dry, very floral, peppery, with a lot of pineapple, black pepper, mango, and a complex finish and overall palate. This one is great, but be cautioned that the finish is super bitter and IBU-laden, which is a good thing to me.
