COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With yeast and hops in our trunks we teamed up outside Barcelona (Catalunya) to brew this beer containing; an array or specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer). Layered yet fresh, we sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it.

Salud!

Excelente cerveza!! Dulce al primer trago pero despues notas todos los matices que le aporta la carga de lúpulos.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2013 Pours dark red with a creamy beige head, nice lacing and mouthfeel. Aroma is some rye, bread and berries with hints of grass. Complex woody, caramel and licorice flavours and a strong bitter end. Nice out of style amber ale. Original

Me gusta.

Bottle. Murky amber brown color, massive fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of musty raw briwn bread dough. Taste is oeppery, nutty, full bodied, malt explosion. Good stuff.

330ml bottle @Cimmeria. Nice caramel and subtle berries aromas.Pours cloudy orange, with huge creamy off-white head, persistent, poor lacework. Medium body, oily texture, average to high carbonation. Taste is bitter, herbal, berries, well balanced. Long and bitter aftertaste, astrigent. Nice one, Very enjoyable.

15/II/13 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ my birthday tasting - BB: n/a (2013-172) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Clear red to red brown beer, huge creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: quite some citrus, fruity, bit sweet, berries, jam, sweet malts, some honey. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty hoppy, citrus fruits, grapefruit, other fruits, red berries (wow, fun to read that there’s cranberries in it, while I enter my rating from my notebook). Aftertaste: pretty bitter, almost medicinal, citrus, grassy hops.

Bottle from CBX. Deep amber pour with a foamy white head that lasts. Caramel malt and brown sugar aroma with toast and earthy hops. Sweet caramel entry quicky turns into bitter earthy, pine hops throughout the finish. Great carbonation and body.
