COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With yeast and hops in our trunks we teamed up outside Barcelona (Catalunya) to brew this beer containing; an array or specialty malts, rye, moscovado sugar, hops and a hand full of Spanish cranberries (literally a hand full so don’t expect a fruit beer). Layered yet fresh, we sincerely hope that this beer will embody the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that went into making it.

Salud!

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy copper amber, with a huge off-white head, which lasts very well and leaves good lacing. Pine and fruity hops notes and fig sit against a backdrop of toffee malt to create the aroma. Quite strong fruity hops up front mix with a little pine, before giving way to rich toffee malt and candied fruit in the mid-palate. Pine hops and a touch of citrus come through in the finish. This is a nice hoppy red ale, with a good balance between hops and malt flavours.

0.33 l bottle at Timo A’s. Hazy reddish brown color. Sweet toffeish and bready aroma with raisiny and floral notes. Bittersweet toffeish, toasty, nutty and caramelly flavor with burnt caramel, floral cascade. Full body, a bit gassy palate. Drying bitterness and hop tannins in finish.
