@ Fille. Bottle (330 ml) from Systembolaget (55:-). Bretty and fruity with citrusy notes, light sourish and crispy, medium body with an oily texture. The finish is dry, bretty and fruity. Has a wonderful bretty aroma!

33cl bottle @ $17.99 (woof!) from City Beer Store SF a month ago. $17.99! Well, it is a Stillwater/Omnipollo brewed at De Molen. Thick stats. Mostly comes through, but it still would’ve been okay to pay even $10 for this little guy. Big barnyard zest on the nose with elements of grass, citrus, and brett oak. Soured lemons, citrus zest, funk, hay, a singe of hop, and a very dry chardonnay finish that sticks in the back of the throat. It’s power is not in it’s ability to be loud, but subtle. Quite brilliant. Still would be okay paying $10. Danky.

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts - bretts, fruits and barrel. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with yeasts and floral hops. Very enjoyable as usual from Omnipollo

Bottle from Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours cloudy golden with an attractive off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a sour peach-like flavor with a tart wine finish.

Pours a lightly hazy golden with a medium white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is full of leather, flowers and white wine. There is brett in there for sure. Taste is dry and fruity, bretted. Some fresh cereals, white grapes. Body is medium, carbonation medium-high. Alcohol shows a little, unfortunately. Overall a nice one, this is pretty much the classic wine barrel aged saison and really enjoyable!

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass golden-orange, nice head. Starts a bit moldy-earthy, fruity notes with hints of lemon and grapefruit. Also some apricot. Finish dry, still moldy. Okay.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy golden orange with a small, medium sized bubbled white head. Head disapates to a thin film with collection at the glass edge. Aroma is moderate floral and fruity hops, pear and peach yeast esters, funky and earthy yeast notes, a medium vinous character, soft dry oak and light crisp dough malt. Flavor is medium fruity and floral hops, moderate bitterness, light dough malt in the background, pear and peach yeast esters, lightly tart and funky yeast notes with a moderate yeast spiciness, yeast / hop balance, dry vinous and oak notes with a dry finish. Light body, light carbonation, light vinous astringency and a faint alcohol warmth.
