Fresh lemon zest with a bit of wheat. Not that funky and quite simple, more in the Dupont way. Small tartness and apple-y. IMO quite boring, even though I tend to really like wine barrel aged brett saisons.

33 cl bottle to tulip (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a hazy orange with foamy eggshell head. Smells bretty and yeasty with notes of citrus zest and spice along with a nice oak presence. Tastes like it smells with a semi-dry medium-bodied mouthfeel. Good beer.

Des poires miellées et cuirées bien emmitouflées dans une couverture tannique et vineuse. Agréable et délicat.

A slightly orange colour, a head is big and blond. Interesting aroma with riped fruits, bananas, apricot and mandarin, some sour green apples and grapes. Taste is fruitful, stall and sourness, spices, apricot, mandarin and green apples. Medium bodied, sparkling carbonation. Interesting and complex beer. Nice sourness of brettanomyces is mixed with rich fruitness, fresh.

Bottle to glass. Pours a hazy light amber burnt orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is mild grapes, light tartness. Flavor is much of the same, with a slight lingering sweet grapes, mild oak, tartness in the finish. Decent beer.

Wow, this is probably one of the most fun Saisons I've had in awhile. A blend of Stillwater's charm and Omnipollo's elegance under De Molen's guidance. Great nose of hay and hops. A slight citrus note from the hops but there's nice wine barrel finish. Sour, funk, candy, spice all blend for a really enjoyable experience!

Bottle (330 ml). Courtesy of mathieuc, thanks! Slightly hazy golden with a pillowy white head and good lacing. Aroma is winey and floral with leathery brettanomyces and light spices. Taste is floral with leathery brettanomyces, winey notes, cereals, light spiciness, light sweetness and hints of alcohol. Medium body. Moderate/medium carbonation. Slightly winey mouthfeel. Spicy finish. Good barrel-aged Saison. Aroma is enticing. Taste could use more balance.

330ml bottle. Hazy amber body with a medium fluffy white head. Some lacing. Fruity and a bit sound. Bubble gum, band aid, citrus zest, wheat and some artificial notes. Finishes sour and floral. Overall good, but the chemical aromas spoils quite a bit...

Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Dusty yeast, lemon and band-aid aromas. Sharp with aspirin and band-aid upfront turning to sweet lemon and yeast before the lasting bitter pith and marshmallow finish.
