COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Brewvival 2015 Trip #68. Keg at Edmund’s Oast. Pours a nearly murky orange with a thin head. Aroma of tropical, citrus, earthy, peppery hops, pale malt, wheat. The taste is tropical fruits, piney hops, bready malt, spice, wheat. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Draft to taster. Looks good for the malt bill; a hazy lemon gold with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells nice and hoppy with notes of citrus and a lightly bittersweet backbone. Tastes like it smells, but zestier, and more bittersweet. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied. Enjoyable.

Flaska 33 cl bishops arms. Grumlig matt gul kulör. Humledoften exploderar i ansiktet. Tropiska frukter som mango, ananas, tallbarr citrus och blommor.Bra maltbas med en rejäl återspegling av doftens frukter. Härlig beska. Tjock, nästan så man känner humlepartiklarna i vätskan. Smått brännande i halsen.

(350ml bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Jan 23 2014) Pours a very cloudy pale straw colour with a fairly big white head that lingers for quite a while. Aroma is really citrus forward, orange and grapefruit but also some lemon zest, and some hints of grain as expected from the malt bill. On the palate, quite dry and zesty with lots of orange/lemon/grapefruit peel and a bit of orange/pale pit fruit flesh too. Some bready grainy notes, light grass or hay quality to the pretty strong bitter finish. Medium-full body with a creamy oat quality offset by fairly brisk carb. Alcohol hidden. Super citrus forward without the typical caramel sweetness one is used to from DIPAs, quite refreshing but maybe lacks the depth of flavour of the style’s best examples. A while after the brewing date, for fairness.

Bottle @nöjesguidens Ölmässa. Cloudy light amber, thin white head. Huge tropical fruity aroma, oranges, pineapples you name it. Flavor has grapefruit, lemony notes. Bittersweet. Long bitter finish. Really fruity, slightly tart. Great stuff.

Drucken på biljardhallen, Hornsgatan. Fin snygg fruktig doft med ton av vete. Smaken går i samma tecken och kroppen är vete-aktigt tunn. Snygg! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This rules. 12oz bottles this year. Cloudy orange pour with a whisky white head. Jumping aroma of sweet pine, resin and candied fruits. Flavors were in line with an assertive balancing bitter finish. Mouthfeel is in that perfect range without being viscous or too thin. I could smell this one for days. Doesn’t disappoint in any fashion. Awesome stuff.
