COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, resin, pineapple. Taste is more of the same. Juicy fruit finish.

On tap @ The Trappist. Golden beer with a white head. Has quite a nice fruit forward aroma with notes of mango, peach, and citrus. Nice melon, too. There’s somewhat of a grass and tea leaf thing going on as well. Somewhat sweet with bread, honey, and a touch of caramel. Mild booze and bitterness. It’s not bad, but not my favorite either.

Subtle piney nose, much pinier taste. Pretty good for a person who doesn't love IPAs ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at El Bait Shop. Orange, light hazy appearance with a white head and light lacing. The aroma is mostly hoppy (fruity, zesty, light resinous). Similar flavor, adding moderate hop bitterness with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Medium to full body with a balanced bittersweet finish. Good.

A pretty solid beer, there isn’t all that much in the aroma. The flavor is quite bitter, especially in the finish. A big difference from the Olympus Mons

Pours hazy yellow, aroma of lemon peel and citrus. Ton of hops, great blend. Oats, cracker flavor with a hint of citrus in the finish.

Orange, apricot citrus, piney cat piss aroma. Appearance is a hazy yellow with a small white head with poor retention. Flavor has a piney, citrus character. Hop bitterness is high. Malt has a cracker quality. Slightly oxidized. Mouthfeel is medium with a medium low carbonation. Overall, it has potential but it wasn't brewed properly. Carbonation and head retention are both low, water profile gives it a flat taste and I don't care for cat piss aroma. On the good side, it has a good amount of hop aroma and hop flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Hazy golden/amber body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, nectarine and creamy orange. Flavour of peach and lime. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Fruity and very easy drinking.
