Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Wow! Pours a cloudy yellow/orange with a small white head. The aroma is so fruity. Filled with plenty of citrus. The taste is like a fruit salad. Such a smooth beer and is a pure joy to drink. I have to get more.

Bottle at home. Ultra hazy, juicy and nicely bitter beer. Lovely double ipa - definitely worth trying once although not worth the cost in the UK vs equivalent local beers.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a murky straw colour with a frothy thin white head. The aroma is yeast, big citrus fruit. The flavour is grainy floral with a yeasty hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

330ml bottle. Hazy, pale yellow colour. Thin white head. Lots of tropical fruits, pineapple, citrusses in the aroma. Pineapple and spices at first. Citrussy in the middle. Sharpness, pineapple and some other fruits in the end. Fruity aftertaste. Oranges and tangerines. Fruity and sharp palate. Should have more body. Otherwise very juicy and drinkable DIPA.

Looks tasty and lives up to it. Sweet, tropical fruit (mango, passionfruit) combined with a pleasant (but not overdone) bitterness. Very good.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is just filled to the brim with citrus. Oh my, that is quite a beer. Quite a beer indeed. Palate is smooth as anything but the flavour, lovely bursts of citrus with a nice bitter finish.

Bottle, BB 29.07.2017 (from UJH, by the bottle shape I would guess it’s brewed at/by Dugges now?!). Pours hazy golden with whiteish head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is heavy fresh citrus, grapefruit, orange, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, intense citrus, grapferuit, orange, malt, oats, slight wheat. Feels fresh. Finish is sweet and citric. Alcohol is very well covered, drinkability is excellent. Overall: very well made, I love the fruitiness of this.
