Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Tap at ölstugan. Cloudy yellowjuice, Tony White head. Aroma is pineapple, mango, juice. Juicy sweet, nice bitterness that not stand in the way for the juicyness. Was not this good the last time I drank it.

200ml draught at Omnipollos Hatt. Nice off-white tophead blanketing the glass. Cloudy orange coloured body. Rich smell of flowers, mango and citrus. Sappy taste of fruity hops with impact of pineapple, peaches and grapefruit backed by mid-sweet juicy malts. Resinous bitterness towards the ending. Fine bodied. Lovely (Stockholm 12.08.2016).

Supergott!

Bottle, 650ml. Sparkling hazy pale golden with a frothy offwhite head. Tart aromas, hints of oats, floral hops, mud. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation. Medium to light sweet, medium sour, medium to heavy bitter. Barnyard character with a sour earthy finish and an enormous hoppy background. Basically a farmhouse sour IPA. Imperial saison? Very pleasant.

Bottle, 650ml. A golden beer with minimal white head. Aromas of citrics, oats and sour notes. Taste is bitter with a strong grass and floral aftertaste. Very farm-like. Medium bodied with some carbonation, dry and astringent. Earthy and hoppy finish.

Draft at liquor express. Pours golden with a thin white head. Leaves trace lacing. Big pine on the nose. Very hop forward on the tongue. Lots of pine and floral on the tongue. Finished crisp and clean without a ton of bitterness. Considering this is 100 IBU's it's remarkably well balanced. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Whoa. Nose caught me off guard. Super funky and barny saison aroma up front. Lots of lemon aroma interesting. Taste is a clash of phenolic pepper notes with citrus. Light malt backbone. This combo of hops and yeast just seems to fight each other and never seems to work together.

I didn’t care for this. Light yellow with a loose, soapy head. Aromas of pine, gauze and marijuana smoke. Very dry, bitter profile without the qualities I expected in an IIPA. Bottle.
