Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin, white head. Nose is a blast of hop with citrus notes. Grapefruit pith. Taste is bitter. Deepens into aftertaste. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Nice brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle to glass. Pours a hazy deep yellow light orange color with an off white head. Aroma is a big tropical fruit, with orange, grapefruit, pineapple. Flavor is like grapefruit pineapple juice with a touch of wheat. Lingering acidic juice character. Very nice.

Aroma is tropical fruit, pine, lemons and light fruit/citrus. The flavor is tropical fruit, hop resin, mild pine needles, wheat and a bitter/slightly tangy finish.

Just way too bitter. Nice aroma though with some promising hops. The bitterness though.

solid and wonderful IPA. There’s nothing that calls out this one, other than it’s solidity. And that’s high praise.

Bottle from Whole Foods PM. Pours turbid, bright golden with 2-finger, clingy white head. Nose is dry, floral, hoppy, with notes of white pepper, yeast, and funk. Tastes very floral, dry, with notes of white pepper, yeast, hops, florals, mild funk, tangerine, mango, pineapple, honeydew, and an incredibly complex and velvety smooth finish. God damn, this is the 2nd beer tonight from Omnipollo that has blown me away. Just incredible.

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.com. Pours cloudy gold, much like Mazarin with a farmhouse ale mouthfeel. Huge grapefruit / mango combo that commands your attention. Nice artwork as usual too.

Pours hazy, somewhat translucent apricot with a thick and frothy eggshell head. Evergreen hoppy aroma reaches out and touches your olfactory bulb from at least a half meter away; orange and pear notes pop up when you get closer. Piny hops dominate the flavor, yet gladly share the stage with citrus, pear, and subtle malty notes. Firm, lively texture leaves a nice hoppy and evergreen finish with just a little bitterness. Follow the Fata Morgana to a great beer!

Fantastic beer. This beer is what I love about fresh unfiltered ipas. It's nose is very pungent with a taste that is very tropical with a hop bang finish. If you get a chance and you are a hop head try this beer! You will not be disappointed.

Pour out of bottle, very hazy orange-gold pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of big wheat, bubblegum, slight lemon, orange, grapefruit, some earth, slight yeasty notes, touch of bread. Taste was a mix of orange, citrus peel, lemon, hints of yeast, coriander, slight grassy, herbal notes into a bit of bread, touch of slight earth, funk, finishing bitter. Pretty tasty.
