COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Uber-cloudy yellow pour. Likely the murkiest dipa on the planet. Small white head. Interesting to gaze at given the style. More akin to farmhouse style brew. Super fresh, clean, crisp nose. Lemongrass, herb, grapefruit, and pine needles. Taste mirrors the aromatics quite nicely, plus some spiced white grape undertones. Evenly bittered. Well balanced. Dry finish. Awesome take on the style. Brownie points for the gnarliest sediment ever seen. Chewable.

Shared by an unknown drunken friend at a tasting. Big nose of resin and citrus. Appearance is white-oatmeal and opaque with a lasting creamy film on top, Taste is big resin, citrus and a nice undercurrent of supporting malt. Light-medium body has medium carbonation and leans to the dry side. Well hidden abv.

Bottled:
Pours muddy yellow with a very weak head.
Aroma is sweaty hops, pine needles and oranges.
Taste is really bitter and has nots of tropical fruit, grape fruit, pine needles and resin.
Pretty good, but I think the bitterness is a liiittle bit overdone.

Cloudy yellow body with a small white head. Quite strong aroma that is quite one dimensional, there is not much else than citrus here. The flavour is also dominated by citrus, and I miss a firmer malty backbone. Moderate to light sweet taste with a moderate to heavy bitter finish. Quit dry for the style. A nice beer, but I like my DIPAs more complex, malty and powerful.

Grumlig och ljusgul som ofilterad äppeljuice. Härlig fruktig doft. Kanske lite väl insmickrande för att vara en dipa.

Bottle. Pours a hazy light orange body with a fizzy, bubbly white head of limited duration. Aroma is tomato plant, bitter herbs, citric peel, cat pee and armpit sweat (in a fairly decent way!) with hints of grapefruit. Taste is herbal soapy tones, tomato plant, grass, hints of peaches and bitter grapefruit. Light, watery body, medium carbonation. Not working out for me, this one; far too herbal and thin in texture.

God what a wonderful and lovely fruity aroma. Wonderful fruity and very well-hopped taste. A heavy bitterness that fills the mouth forever. But according to me not wanting to excessive bitterness as this beer still good but something not quite top. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, yellow session. 02/05/2014. Clouded pineapple pineapple juice appearance with a film of white head. Aroma is light funk, resin, hop and slightly spicy citrus and some musty notes. Flavour is resin pine, varnish, agressive clean grapefruit bitterness. Some midget gems sweets / fruits. Palate is sticky, and semi-sweet resin hop.

Colored like a Fanta. Thin foam that quickly disperses. Slight alcoholic punch with a taste of pomelo and grapes. Very fresh summer afternoon pale ale!
