Uber-cloudy yellow pour. Likely the murkiest dipa on the planet. Small white head. Interesting to gaze at given the style. More akin to farmhouse style brew. Super fresh, clean, crisp nose. Lemongrass, herb, grapefruit, and pine needles. Taste mirrors the aromatics quite nicely, plus some spiced white grape undertones. Evenly bittered. Well balanced. Dry finish. Awesome take on the style. Brownie points for the gnarliest sediment ever seen. Chewable.

Drucken på biljardhallen, Hornsgatan. Fin snygg fruktig doft med ton av vete. Smaken går i samma tecken och kroppen är vete-aktigt tunn. Snygg!

This rules. 12oz bottles this year. Cloudy orange pour with a whisky white head. Jumping aroma of sweet pine, resin and candied fruits. Flavors were in line with an assertive balancing bitter finish. Mouthfeel is in that perfect range without being viscous or too thin. I could smell this one for days. Doesn’t disappoint in any fashion. Awesome stuff.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Teku glass. Bottle. Cloudy golden with two/three finger white head. Good lacing. Aroma is excellent - lots of citurs (lemon, orange and definetely grapefruit). The taste is not as intense as flavour, fruity palate with citrus (mainly grapefruit), peach, grapes. Also some bread, cake notes along with straw flavoursMedium bitterness balanced by malts (sweetness). Medium body, thick, dry, medium carbonation. Finish is bitter and long. Definetely one of the best DIPA I’ve ever tried. Very aromatic, drinkable and thick. But too pricey.

Bottle from SB, opened at christmas party at work. Pours about two fingers of head. Aroma: very much citrus, orange and lemon. Taste: bitter, classic IPA taste. A very good beer, although not the best IPA ever!

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, coarse head. Concentrated perfumy citrus and pine. Dryish with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Resiny and zesty, grapefruit and pine. Long inky saccharine bitterness. Lovely aroma, but out of balance.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
22oz bottle -
Aroma - big citrusy aroma, full of grapefruit and orange/lemon combo. Malts are there, kept in check but caramel is present.
Appearance - golden yellow body, some haze to it, 4-finger head, above average retention and excellent lacing.
Mouthfeel - medium carbonation, full mouthfeel
Flavor - fruity palate, peaches and green grapes, medium bitterness, but nicely balanced by the sweetness. Finish is long and bitter.
Overall - it’s good, but there are IPA’s available that are 1/2 the cost, and deliver a focused punch of hops. Gets knocked down a few pegs for the costs and the contents, although tasty, it doesn’t warrant a near $20 of beer.
