COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Omnipollo Fatamorgana (8%). Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison - rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp - this double IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Fat på Malmö brygghus. Har sökt den här länge och blev inte besviken. Ananasbomb med hint av alkohol :) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A pretty solid beer, there isn’t all that much in the aroma. The flavor is quite bitter, especially in the finish. A big difference from the Olympus Mons

Orange, apricot citrus, piney cat piss aroma. Appearance is a hazy yellow with a small white head with poor retention. Flavor has a piney, citrus character. Hop bitterness is high. Malt has a cracker quality. Slightly oxidized. Mouthfeel is medium with a medium low carbonation. Overall, it has potential but it wasn't brewed properly. Carbonation and head retention are both low, water profile gives it a flat taste and I don't care for cat piss aroma. On the good side, it has a good amount of hop aroma and hop flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Hazy golden/amber body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple, nectarine and creamy orange. Flavour of peach and lime. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Fruity and very easy drinking.

Aroma: fruity and dry; almost more like a saison (similar to description); Appearance; hazy straw pour with decent white head that dissipates slowly; Taste: combines IIPA and saison, which works quite well; fresh and crisp; Palate: medium body with long, bitter finish; Overall quite good. Would drink again.

Gul med ett vitt skum. Fruktig och fin. Lagom av allt och med en djup smak. Trevlig ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Is that fresh green cascade I am smelling? This clear yellow brew with white bubbles forming around the edges of the glass brings lightish bodied fresh green hop flavors with a slightly sweet malty background offsetting almost any bitterness. Not bitter at all.

Bottle at Brother’s Provisions. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is heavy Brettanomyces, rubbery and plastic phenols, earthy wheat malt and citrus hops. Flavor is heavy farmhouse and phenolic Brettanomyces, medium wheat and straw malt with moderate citrus hops and a lingering, heavy and pithy bitterness and dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.
