Tasting it after keeping it in the cellar. Cognac aroma burn caramel boozy a it. Complex. No foam. Deep dark color. Taste is hard to describe complex layers of coffee, thick mouth feel. Cognac, strong warm feeling in the throat. Few sips seems enough for a while. Impressive.

Next to bourbon edition. This one is a bit boozier with some more butterscotch than vanilla, the Cognac isn’t very cognac-like, but could be identified almost as bourbon. Strong booziness with prominent espresso vanilla character, some smoke and lots of woody oak components. High viscosity and quite dry, one of omnipollo’s better creations, surely.

33cl bottle from Winter Secret Santa 2014. Dark brown pour with a light mocha ring that completely fades. A nice boozy cognac aroma with burnt chocolate malt, vanilla, caramelized toffee, oak, ash, mild+ carbonation and full body, bitter and boozy but great depth and quite tasty.

The label was one of the best descriptions I’ve read on a bottle. Really intriguing mix here. Lots of alcohol in the nose and some dark fruits. I get the vanilla beans coming through and some sweet notes which I suppose could be the marshmallows. Odd to throw into a beer but it works. Enjoyed this one.
