COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On my way to this iconic brewery with a suitcase full of marshmallows I admittedly questioned my good judgement. However, sipping on a glass of this beer I am utterly happy that the purist in me stayed at home.

Omnipollo Hypnopompa is an imperial stout brewed with almost 100 kgs of marshmallows and Tahitian vanilla beans (the size of cigars). Virtually no carbonation and boiled a bit extra for good measure this is a beer strictly for the stout inclined.

Batch #1 intentionally has no carbonation. Batch #2 has low carbonation. We listen to our friends=).

Drink now or age for many years.

Bottle sample at a tasting, thanks Vova. Opaque black with a small tan head. Dark chocolate, coffee beans, vanilla and roast in the nose. Sweet with roasty, coffee, cocoa flavors, nice balancing bitterness. Rather full bodied. Very good.

Butelka W barwie nieprzenikniona czerń. Piany brak. Aromat: wiśnia, śliwka w czekoladzie, kawa, wanilia i pianka. Smak: wiśnia, śliwka, silna gorzka rozpuszczalna kawa, gorzka czekolada, praliny, zdecydowana nuta wanilii, a na finiszu silny palony słód. Goryczka (gorzka, palona) na dosyć wysokim poziomie, przeważa nad słodyczą. Jedno z najgęstszych piw jakie piłem.

Extremely exciting and imperial beer. Taste from bitter chocolate and maybe a bit from coffee but sweet coffee. Very special body and good brown foam which is thin. Nice and really worthy.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Vova. Black with a bit of light brown foam. Aroma full of roast, coffee and vanilla. Bittersweet flavor, burnt, with bitter chocolate, a bit of coffee, a bit of vanilla and a bitter finish. Full-bodied, very light carbonation. Great.

33 cl bottle @ home, no BBE info
A very small sound when opening bottle and pours a small head. Batch #2? Aroma has cocoa, deep roasted notes and alcohol. No CO2 on palate. Thick and oily palate. Flavour has deep roasted notes, licorice, some tobacco and coffee. Quite delicious.

Bottle at home. Pours opaque black with a thick, medium sized brown head, very tiny bubbles with medium retention and light lacing. Aroma is toasted marshmallow, oak, roast and chocolate malt with figs and prunes, light earthy hops, vanilla and fragrant spicy alcohol. Flavor is sweet dark chocolate, roast malt, vanilla, figs and prunes, oak, light earthy hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation.

Bottle. Black. Very intense coffee- roasty nose. Dark dry chocolate, some vanilla. Bot mostly a very pleasant choco- coffee roastedness. Big full, oily body, pretty much no carbonation (the bottle was filled to the cap...). Sweet roasty milkshaky coffeebeany goodness. Really sticky, sweet though. But nice, icecream topping- kind of a sauce. I bet this was supposed to have dried out a bit in the bottle, but mine was just topped to the max, preventing that bottle conditioning. But sweet, sweet, chocolate coffee vanilla. Gets cloying. Could have mistaken it for a bottle of hershey’s topping. Almost.
