Pale golden pour with a white head. Quite buttery with some bready malt sweetness, a bit of citrus peel, and very mild spice notes. A bit watery, but the butter is quite bad. Tastes very buttery as well. Mild clove spiciness, some hints of citrus, and a decent pale malt sweetness. Still ruined by the diacetyl.

FC Nordsjælland vs. Chelsea FC Champions League football night tasting in Odense, October 2012. Golden with a disappearing white head. Fruity hop aroma of peach and orange and a touch of toffee malt. Dry malty flavour with fruity hops and a faint hint of yeast.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Oktober 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Yeasty and hoppy nose. Marmelade and citrus. Dry and hoppy. Really clean.

33cl bottle. Enormous, rocky off-white head atop clear light amber body. Aroma is medium sweet yeasty/spicy, some hay, light biscuit, strawberry. Taste is medium sweet, yeasty/spicy, orange/straw, cantaloupe/strawberry. Light-medium body, some acidity, quite drinkable.

Tap @SBWF12. Poured light golden in color with a bubbly, but frothy white head. Floral, fruity, citrusy aroma, some apricot as well. Flavor has exotic fruits, lychee and orange mostly. sligtly spicy. Dry and bitter. Quite thin body.

Keg in Craft Brixton. Bright cloudy orange, brilliant white cream foam head. Nose is satsuma, orange, sherberty, yeasty brett, urine, farmyard. Very light and citrous zesty, some yeasty sour, farmyard, acidic tang, lime peel finish. Almost a lambic or wild sour.

Pours hazy golden color with medium-sized, quickly dissipating head. Aroma of floral hops, yeast, grass, rose hip and yeast. Flavor of fruits, herbs, mild spices, yeast, some lemon, malts and hops. Mild sour palate with high co2.

Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a large foamy head. Aroma of strong floral hops, mandarin orange and some spiciness. Flavour of floral hops, caramel, pale malts, mandarin orange, yeast and spices. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Finishes bitter, floral and light sweet. A nice bitter Belgian ale.

Aroma has hops, gooseberry bush, soapy citrus and floral notes. Also some spices. Flavour has soapy citrus, some grassy hops, gooseberry bush, fruits and hints of spices. Palate is a bit too high on CO2. Refreshing and good.

Pours yellowish orange with a small foamy head. Aroma of yeast, earthy notes, hints of spices, fruity hops and malts. Taste is fruity and hoppy with yeasty notes, hints of spices and farmhouse. Sparkling carbonated finish with some bitterness and fruity hops. Okay, quite nice hoppy Belgian ale.
