330 ml bottle. Pours a yellow colour with large bubbles. Small foamy head. Aroma of juicy pineapple, raw green apples and some herbal notes. Flavour is rather crisp and sour with strong lemony notes, sweet pineapple, wheat and herbal bitterness. Light bodied. Dry and very citrusy finish. Refreshing. Nice one.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2015 A bit chemical nose, strawberry like, with some yeast ester. It’s very very light, and wheaty... feels to be honest like flavoured hoegaarden.

Bottle. Pale yellow. Interesting nose. Sort of funky, could swear there’s some brett in here. Fruity though, some citrus, sour tropicals (pineapple?), wheaty malts. Light on the palate. dry. Fruity flavour, pineapple again. Hay/straw pale maltyness. Really refreshing, and good. Somewhat bland/watery, but overall ok.

Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit wenig weißem Schaum. Geruch sehr fruchtig, hefig, würzig, Citrusfrüchte. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Honig, hefig, immer süßer werdend, gut!

Very light golden body with small grey head. Lemony, farmy yeast, cereal, cardamon. Taste is much more unique even, with sour gose like flavours, citric, yellow fruit jam, apple vinegar, juicy. Long aftertaste, plucky, full. Amazing at the abv. What starts with a nice aroma the ends with a great flavour. Wow, interesting and unique! (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Bottle at the Bottle Shop Canterbury. Farty berliner weisse aroma. Very Berliner weisse sour in the mouth then big hops. Stinging bitterness on the finish. Mostly lime sourness I got. Vague spearmint on the finish. Ok sour berliner with a lot of bitter hops which to ol do very well.
