FROM NOTES: August 8, ’12
Poured on draft at The Trappist into a Trappist tulip.
A: Strong citrus aroma and a balanced hop/malt nose.
A: Poured a hazy, orange with an inch and a half of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
T: Initially a strong, copious hop flavor, some malt, citrus (grapefruit), and a slight graininess. Perhaps not as great as the nose suggests, but still very good.
P: Medium-bodied with a fair amount of carbonation and a dry, smooth finish.
O: Extremely refreshing, a solid, drinkable beer.
