COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Moe". A wise man once told me that success makes you tired, fat and slow. Therefore, winning ”best of show” at the third largest beer festival in the world last month meant I had to brew a follow up.

Get fresh...and this time I mean it.

A cloudy light amber color with a big, thick meringue like head that has good retention and lacing. Sweet aroma of citrus and pineapple with some flowery notes. Taste is caramel sweet first with citrus and some tropical fruit flavors, then has a piney bitterness that is full but not sharp. Sweet and bitter meld together in a semi dry finish. Mouthfeel is somewhat creamy and medium bodied with medium/high carbonation. Big and flavorful with nice balance of all the elements.

Bottle from Ale Yeah. First time seeing this one. Digging the bottle. Poured a super cloudy opaque orange with a thick white head. Nice fruity tropical nose with notes of sweet coconut and some booze. Flavors were bitter grapefruit, some lemon and pine. Slick mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. This was bright, citrusy, clean and bitter. Excellent.

Botella. Presencia dorada y turbia con buena corona blanca y persistente. Aroma resinosa y herbal con un interesante nota ahumada. En boca es herbal y seca con un buen final muy largo seco y tropical. Muy buen postgusto aunque en boca es menos.

Bottle from City Beer. Pours cloudy golden with a thick beige head and a citrus aroma. There is a hearty caramel malt flavor that starts sweet then quickly turns pleasantly bitter. Both the aroma and flavor have a floral characteristic that makes the drinking quite pleasant.

Bottle Pours a very hazy copper color with a thick white head. Nose hints at some bitterness and has some great floral notes to it. Taste has a bit of bitterness, but is balanced well to make an easy drink.
