COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Moe". A wise man once told me that success makes you tired, fat and slow. Therefore, winning ”best of show” at the third largest beer festival in the world last month meant I had to brew a follow up.

Get fresh...and this time I mean it.

draught@Erzbierschof - light hazy blond beer with a little foam left; aroma of peaches and cheese; full-bodied, huge assertive bitterness and a lively tasty palate; fruity and assertive hoppy finish with a long lasting bitterness

Bottle. Having drink at the window and Tyson walks past, mere minutes later he’s inside with a couple of these badboys. Whattaguy. Pours clear hazy Golden with a White head. The hops are peachy and citric. Swimming in flavour. Soft yet punchy fruits. A bit of Mango. Nice caramel to back it up. This was totally delicious.

Bottle from La Cervecería del Millón de IBUs , Gijon, Asturias, Spain, Thursday 26th June 2014 Pours gold with a white sticky head. Aroma is very perfumey but with a little honey. Soft in mouth, initially a little honey sweetness but then follows a really snappy, hoppy bite. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the Entropia but I believe that this may have just nicked it, it’s a very good beer. A8 A4 T9 P4 Ov17 4.2

Bottle 330ml. @ home.

[ As Omnipollo Moebius ].
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange - citrus, mango, hop. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, mango, orange, riped fruit, hoppy, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140529]

ALLOVATE (2384) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 9, 2014
Pour is of a muddy, dull orange with a soppy, limp off-white foam atop that manages little lace. Very faint, very distant nose that bleeds hot alcohol and nail polish remover but only a smidgeon of caramelised stonefruit, bready yeast, cookie dough and pine-needles. Plastic, fusel-fuelled palate with a lot too much nail-polish remover and perfume to be enjoyable. Medium carbonation with a light to medium-light body. A flavour reminiscent of navel oranges fills out any cracks. Touch of pine-wood, tooth-pick in the finish. Low to medial bitterness. Nothing really amorous about this one. Not too good at all!
