COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

Laadukas olut, jossa hyvin lievä tuhkaisuus vaivasi.

On draft at Churchkey in DC. Pours a cloudy gold with a thin white head, quickly dissipating leaving lots of lacing. Aroma of grapefruit. Grapefruit zest flavors and a hint of banana. Nice DIPA.

EdKing (1302) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 18, 2013
Bottle from Craft Brixton. Cloudy amber, medium to small white bubbley head. Nose is a big hit of acidic and big fruit citrous. Grapefruit primarily but also tangerine, orange and lemon. Very juicy citrous nose, then pine, caramel toffee malt. Taste is very acidic hop bitter. very high IBU. Piney, lots of hop resin, citrous bitter, tongue tingling bitterness. Bordering on too bitter IBU for me but it’s still a good beer.

Yellow orange pour, on the lighter side of IPA. Fresh piney resin and hops as well as citrus and grapefruit. Reminds me of sixpoint resin.

I’ve drank this on tap several times and different batches on bottle (with some variation in quality). I’ve been holding it back for a long time, not wanting to admit it, but Nebuchadnezzar really is the best swedish DIPA I have drank so far. (I have not tried Drakens DIPA).

Sampled from bottle @Schouskjelleren, Oslo. Gold colored with a slight haze. Low creamy white head. Big, inviting hop aroma. Gooseberries and passionfruit comes to mind. And there is more, freshly cut grass, flowers and herbs, and some mild resins. Taste is not that intense hoppy. A solid fruity bitterness though, paired with a medium strong, fairly sweet malt body. Oily, almost juicy in the mouth. Lasting fruity-bitter ending. Smells great, drinks good. [08.03.13]
