“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours a hazy gold with good white head. Aroma is big and fruity with mandarin & grapefruit. Taste continues with a smooth maltiness and vibrant tropical elements. Very decent Imperial IPA.

Appearance: Hazy golden orange with a white head.

Aroma: Lots of citrus, grapefruit, grass and some earthy aromas.

Taste: More citrus. Malty and caramel comes to mind. And don’t forget the nice hop attack.

Palate: Full bodied beer, with lively carbonation level.

Overall: This is gold in a bottle. So drinkable, and it’s 8,5%!! Fantastic if you like the citrus/grapefruit style beer, if you don’t, to bad…

Location: 12 oz bottle, not sure where from, 2/19/15

Aroma: It has a very nice fruity hop aroma with citrus rind, grapefruit, and tropical fruit
Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a clean, sheeting white head and fairly heavy lace
Flavor: Tastes of sweet and fruity flavors with a good balance from the hop bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, smooth, average carbonation, and a clear dry finish
Overall Impression: I found this one to be quite nice. It’s got a big fruity flavor that elands both sweetness and bitterness to the beer nicely. The other flavor components play second fiddle, but do so in an excellent "supporting role" way. It is Oscar season after all. JK Simmons knows what I’m talking about.

On tap at Max's . Hazy orange gold with thin white head and lacing. Smells so good, heavy orange and zest with some pine notes. Complex and balanced with sweet dry finish... Excellent DIPA!

Super complex and balanced. If that can be such a thing. Sweet, slightly chewy, and tropical sitting on top of bitter lingering dryness. It's oddly perfect and dangerously easy to enjoy.

33cl bottle. Hazy-ish medium brown pour with medium off-white head, good amount of lacing. Aromas of citrus fruits, fresh forest and exotic herbs. Taste is heavy, heavy on the bitter hops. Dry, soul-sucking palate, medium carbonation. Aftertaste is the same hops that keep on slapping. All-on. What can I say, IIPA to the max and well done, but maybe a bit one-sided somehow.
