“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

Excellent imperial with heavy citrus, flowery notes, notable but balanced bitterness and just great overall. A shame about the high alcohol volume since I'd like to down a lot of these...

2014-12-13. Hazy bright orange body with a nice white head and a bit of lace. 3+ Aroma is moderately alcoholic, pithy orange and tangerine citrus notes. Flavour is similar, moderate alcohol throughout, good amount of hoppy bitterness with similar pithy tangerine and citrus seed hop character, light lemon peel undercurrent. Lingering bitterness in the finish. Average plus bodied palate, good carbonation. Just a touch more oomph to the citrus, or a touch less heat to the alcohol would bring it more in balance but it is rather tasty as it is. Bottle from the LCBO, Toronto

Hazy golden colour with a large head. Aroma of hops, grass and citrus together with a slight aroma of toffee, something sweet and a dash of burnt sugar. Taste with a distinct hop bitterness with a hint of burnt sugar. Dry aftertaste of grass and citrus. Full body with a long after-taste.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul med vitt skum. Humlig doft med tydliga grapetoner. Lätt torr smak med lite fruktighet och rejäl efterbeska. Den var bättre förr.

Fruity goodness explosion in your mouth. And I’m not an IPA fan. Not overhopped, all the right proportion.

Bottle at 28 Springs (thanks Casey!) shared with Pete pours a hazy yellow with one finger of light yellow head. Aroma is slight grapefruit pepper some cardboard. Flavor follows. Has a god malt backbone also. Really really nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy light orange, white head. Aroma is fresh oranges, tangerine, faint vanilla, dank citrus hop, creamsicle. Flavor is dank tropical hop, juicy tangerine, sweet sugary malt. Super gooey tropical hop juice.

11.2 oz bottle. Pours with perfect head and hazy golden orange like a cloudy colorado sunset. The nose is unique but familiar. Sweet citrus notes (grapefruit, orange, tangerine, lime) dominate the aroma but pine and a yeasty funkiness peek through. The hop profile in the mouth explodes with grapefruit, clementine, evergreen, orange peel zest and fructose. Wish I had more

Geiserich (3904) - Linz, AUSTRIA - DEC 5, 2014
Bottle from Ansalon, many thanks: Aroma with mainly citric notes, lemon juice and kumquats. Hazy golden to orange color, small foamy white head. Flavor with some sweetness and caramel but mainly intensive citrus notes, lemon, tangerine, bitter oranges, citrus peel, pine, resin, herbal hops. Tasty, citric IPA.
