Helt okej men så god som folk säger att den är, är den faktiskt inte. Ganska billig dock

330 mL bottle. (Best before 05/02/16 - on the cap! Great idea!) Nice pour - hazy orange brown with a big, sticky, almost-white head. Big aroma Has mostly pine, but there is some lemon in there as well. There is nothing about the flavour that really stands out, or makes this beer stand out as an IIPA. However, it is simply and solidly constructed, with everything in the right place and no flaws.

Pours a hazy gold with a small white ring. Aroma is citrus hops and grains. Taste is a great balance of intense citrus hops with grains. Superb.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com. Dark golden, hazy body, with a big, creamy, white head. Amazing, fresh, fruity, floral aroma of grapefruit, orange, apricot, lychee, passion fruit, resin, pine, caramel, biscuit. Taste is pretty much the same, but with more malt notes. Mouthfeel is medium, oily to creamy, with a medium carbonation and it finishes bitter, slightly dry, with lemon zest, resin, pine and with lots of the fruity notes mentioned. Brilliant! Definitely the best IPA from Scandinavia Iíve had so far! Fresh, crisp, with a very well hidden ABV and with a shining fruitiness. An almost perfect DIPA for those, like me, who prefer it smooth and very fruity!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a murky orange (and once the head subsides, it could probably pass for orange Kool-Aid, based on appearance). That being said, everything else about this beer more than compensates for its underwhelming appearance.
Nose is grapefruit, pine, orange (which seems to come through more as it warms), with a bit of bready malt in the background. Taste is a heavy, sweet malt with a huge hop hit of bitter grapefruit and pine on the finish. For the weird breed of hop head who likes a really heavy accompanying malt (like me) this is a great beer. I could drink 3-4 of these in an hour. Very dangerous.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
[Bottle (330ml)] Pours a murky orange with a large lasting frothy off-white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma of pine and citrus hops, alcohol, some fruit, bready malt and grapefruit. Flavour of bready malt, pine hops, citrus hops, grapefruit, alcohol and a big bitter finish. A bit too boozy and the finish is a bit harsh. Medium bodied. Quite good but not great.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle from LCBO. Pours hazy amber, with thin off-white head turning to lacing. Raisin, resin, pine, and light tropical fruit notes dominate the aroma. Taste is very well-balanced. Sweet raisin, orange, moving to a nice bitter finish. Smooth full body. Great!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Itís an unclear, dark orange colored beer topped by a dense, light beige head. Itís lightly oxidized and cheesy on the nose, guess itís been sitting on the shelves for a bit too long. Still itís lovely, with resins, pine cones and oranges. some pale malt sweetness. Nice bitterness in the flavor, blending nicely with the sweetness. Orange peel, pine cones and resins. Lasting finish with a nice bitterness. Would like to taste this really fresh, itís lovely even now that itís getting old. 140724
