On bottle from Vinmonopolet. Hazy golden color, good foam. Aromas of hops, grapefruit, tropical fruits, some citrus: medium high aroma intensity. Secondary aromas of caramel & vanilla. Medium/ full body & high complexity. Some sweetness, followed by solid bitterness. Very enjoyable

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy amber/gold appearance, plenty of sticky lace. A bit over carbed. Hoppy, sure, but heavily malted. A little stale honestly. Earthy, piney bitterness on the palate. Sweet malt does its best, but fails to swing the balance in that direction.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
11.2oz bottle, shared by tmoney99. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Thin off-white head. Few thin ropes of lace. Nice orange citrus piney hop aroma. Caramel and spicy malt. Bigger body. Smooth, soft carbonation, more dry finish. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, light to moderate sweet. Light alcohol warmth. Nice double IPA. A little european, a little shelton (malty), but I still really dug this.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle to taster (thanks Tmoney99). Looks solid; a hazy golden orange with AMPLE foamy off-white head that steadily dissipates. Smells solid; malty first and hoppy second. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Definitely a Shelton Brothers DIPA.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sample at the Tap House Grill in Seattle. Pours a hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Hazy amber beer with a good off white head. Light dry palate, softish with fine carbonation. Pretty skunky hops with lesser pine and citrus. Mild minerals. Semi dry finish. Strongly skunky but quite quaffable.
