“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

33 cl. bottle from SB poured in to a Snifter. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a creamy, white head. Good looking. Fruity aroma with citrus, grass, grape, peach, sweet exotic fruits and caramel malts. Taste is bitter. Full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with pines, citrus and exotic fruits. Lovely DIPA.

Citrus pine aroma. Well developed foam that does not disperse. Grape fruit / pomelo flavor with a lasting bitter pine palate. Top quality beer.

Orangey pour, fingers worth of head. Big piney resiny aroma. Pine, grapefruit, pine resin, sweet if not slightly boozy. Definite hop bomb. Medium body, slight alcohol warming, good carb. If you like em big and bitter this is the one for you.

Fancied a high quality DIPA, and I got one, in a bottle from beer gonzo. Cloudy orange with a modest white head; looks like a good IPA rather than the muddy brown sometimes displayed by the bigger imperial versions. Refreshingly light with a slightly creamy body. Tropical fruit nose, with lots of fruit in the taste too, with a good blend of pineapple, grapefruit and citrus. Bitterness comes in at just the right point at just the right level. Very nice.

330ml bottl efrom the lcbo. Hazy orange pour, medium off white head that dissipates quickly. Quite a pungent aroma of green, wet, resinous hops. Lots of citrus and about the same amount of pine notes, but as it warms the caramel malts take over. There is that odd soapy note that i get now and then in dipas, not sure what that is. High bitterness, sweet, malty, candied citrus peel finish. This isnt as fresh as it could be. Its nice, but not great.

330 ml bottle from the LCBO. Best before 05.02.15. Pours a hazy peachy yellow with a thin creamy white head, doesn’t last long. Smells like citrus, peaches, pineapple, very fruity and a bit of bread malt. Assertive bitterness, especially on the first sip. Tastes is strong, pine with almost a burnt orange taste. Nice bitter finish. Alcohol is very well hidden.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy amber with a thick white cap. A medley of tropical fruit on the nose with some light caramel tones and layers of dank, resinous hops. Very earthy and herbal. Surprisingly light bodied with average carbonation. Dry with a big bitter finale. Seems slightly flat or stale, not oxidized just not all that bright or flavorful--I must be in the die trying category.

Bottle. Golden with white head. Aroma of pine, orange, grass, almost minty note. Taste of alcohol, caramel, pine and orange. Quite bitter and a bit hot.
