“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

The beer is somewhat unclear who go in amber color. The foam is white with medium to large bubbles. The foam disappears leisurely quickly and leave fine traces. The scent surprises, here are some hops tones. The following are some sweet fruits of peach, orange and then comes the lemon. A little syrup, and white bread. You can also find some herbs, pine and grass, slightly sweet malt. The taste starts with some hops flavor but then comes a little sweetness of malt. Behind the little kids fruits that are now starting to take off, grapefruit, lemon, orange and peach. You will also find some herbs with an earthy tone than pine and grass. The hops hold themselves back a bit and release until the fruits and the taste more in a really good balance. Will a medium belongs bitterness that is absolutely right. Medium body. Occasionally with carbonic acid. Creamy and slightly greasy in the mouth. Mild bitterness at the end and a little sticky surface.

The beer pours a hazed honey golds colour with a 1" off-white cap that lingers. Plenty of effervescence is visible. Aroma is pine, citrus, honey, and grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is light grapefruit, wood, and notes of honey and grainy malt. Quite good.

Orenge, amber colour. Modest white head. Lots of apricots and hints of citruses in the aroma. Apricots at first. Fruit tea in the middle. Bitterness. Fruity, slightly bitter finish. Slight fruitiness and sweetness in the aftertaste. Hoppy. Quite well balanced, well drinkable, medium carbonated DIPA.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2016 A little musty aroma with doughy yeast and fresh floral hops. Fruity long sticky sappy hops. Gets more and more bitter and less fruity as I go, but initially I thought, hot damn this is what iipas were meant to taste like. Lots sticking around the palate resin bitter lemon peel. Really bitter. Huge iipa. Great taste, really big but still balanced. The hype is not unsubstantiated.

330ml bottle bought at HK Brewcraft in Central.

Looks: Translucent amber colour with a cloud of misty yeast particles; One finger head with crumpety white foam which lasts for 2 minutes; Excellent sticky lacing with near zero carbonation.

Aroma: Fragrant and sweet Ale malt, with passion fruits, mango, pineapple, candied fruits, honey, light floral, light pine sugar, light biscuits and grass.

Taste: Mid to strong sweet fair Ale malt, with grapefruits, floral, caramel, toffee, molasses, pine, strong resins, light biscuits, strong lime, strong bitter hops and sharp grass.

Body: Full body. Oily and very oozy palate.

Mouth Feel: Fairly good Ale maltyness in a slick and viscous background. Strong citrusy hops dominate with notable caramel and toffee. Sweetness is strong but nice and not cloying, very well balanced by sharp lime, strong resin and pine. Finely balanced throughout. Very nice!

Hoppiness: Passion fruits, mango, pineapple, candied fruits, light floral, light pine and grass in nose. Grapefruits, floral, pine, strong resins, strong lime and sharp grass inn taste; Bitterness is strong for a lasting, high astringent bitter-sweet finish.

After Taste: Slightly dry. Sweet, oozy and strong bitter to mouth.

Comments: This is a well-made IIPA: not booze-crazy with decent tropical fruity aroma, nice sweet taste with strong but controlled oozyness, and a very limey sharp bitter finish. Although I hope the aroma could be stronger. Otherwise, this is a beauty!

Spora, średnio i drobno oczkowa piana, całkiem trwała. Barwa złoto pomarańczowa, mętna. W aromacie nowofalowe chmiele - dojrzałe owoce tropikalne, cytrusowe i iglaki oraz odrobina herbatników. Bardzo przyjemny. W smaku żywica, skórki pomarańczy, papaja, delikatnie słodkie z przyjemną, biszkoptową podbudową słodową, lekko likierowe, ale alkohol ładnie wkomponowany. Goryczka średnia, grejpfrutowa. Wysycenie nieco powyżej niskiego, półpełne w odbiorze, delikatnie syropowe.
Bardzo udane IIPA, bez karmelu, dobrze wyeksponowane chmiele, ładna kompozycja ze zwiększonym ekstraktem i niemałym przecież alkoholem. Megaaa pijalne.
