“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

11.2 oz bottle. Pours with perfect head and hazy golden orange like a cloudy colorado sunset. The nose is unique but familiar. Sweet citrus notes (grapefruit, orange, tangerine, lime) dominate the aroma but pine and a yeasty funkiness peek through. The hop profile in the mouth explodes with grapefruit, clementine, evergreen, orange peel zest and fructose. Wish I had more

Bottle. Moderate aromas of roasted grain and caramel for the malt, herbs and grapefruit for the hops, barnyard and musty for the yeast, with hints of date, pepper, licorice and other herbal roots. Head is small to average in size, frothy, off-white with good lacing and good legs, and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy, medium orangey amber. Falvor starts faintly sweet and moderately to heavily acidic, then the long finish is lightly acidic and moderately to heavily bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, oily, with a lively to fizzy carbonation. The combination of new world hoppiness and old world yeastiness mixes quite well in this DIPA.
