“Neb” is a home brew recipe that has been scaled up with no consideration to economies of scale. Some say idiotic, and as an economist I would have to agree. Get fresh or die trying.

This was an 11.2 fl oz bottle dated best before 7th August 2016 on the bottle cap and poured into a snifter glass. It poured a hazy golden orange colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly leaving nice spotty lacing. Right from the pour you get a strong tropical fruit aroma. Mainly mango and pineapple followed by some citrus grapefruit, zest and pine. I thought the smells were amazing and raring to burst out at me. Tastes of citrus hop bitterness up front with grapefruit and mandarin orange followed by some light tropical fruit… maybe pineapple and peach, but still the bitterness pushes through. There’s also a strong malt caramel background and slight sweetness from this, but it gets covered by the bitterness quickly and the lasting aftertaste is bitter with a small hint of tropical fruit. It is medium bodied with light carbonation and has a dry finish. Overall, this was a very nice DIPA. The strong aromas set a high standard to begin with. I find most DIPAs have too much malt caramel sweetness in its taste for me, but in this case I absolutely loved the hop bitterness shining through. The slight fruitiness also helped here. Its on the expensive side, but I will definitely consider buying this again.

Hervorragend in seiner Art mit einem ordentlich Bumms an Hopfen und Zitrusmomenten. Dazu moderate Bitterkeit, ordentliche Frische und süffig ist es auch.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy amber. Quite a malty aroma for an IIPA., but I like it. Sorry, I can’t provide a more detailed rating as I’m watching #ESC in Sweden... But yep, I like it.

Lots of big hops on head here. Florals, and light hay and a hint of pineapple. Medium bitter finish. Grasslike malt aroma. Golden pour with good head. Tap at pizza paradiso Dupont.

At a tasting, small bubbly head, light hazy orange color, fruity citrusy aroma with just a soapy hint. herbal flavor with a bready backbone, hint of rose petals and pine in the back, medium herbal bitterness, light mellow sweetness, suprisingly light. Really nice and enjoyable.

Bottle from omhper - many thanks! The beer has got a hazy orange-amber colour with a steady head and smooth body. Aroma of hops, oranges and pine. Taste of hops, pine, spruce, citrus fruits, mango, flowers and straw. Dry-bitter finish. Enjoyed it.

17.05.2015. 0,33l Bottle. Systembolaget Strömstad. Golden orange colour with white head. Unclear. Very nice aromas of grapefruit, spruce and some kind of spices. Good body with pretty good malty flavours and good strength. Aftretaste is fresh with spruce and grapefruit, and leaves a very nice bitter mouthfeel. Good one.

A wonder of cloudy ambergolden waterfalls pouring down my glass. Aroma of rapeseed honey and flowers. A complex full body filled with hops, hops, hops and sweetness. Honey and a hint of orange zest. Might be the best one ever.

Pours dark yelow. Sadly it’s about one year old and the rating isn’t very accurate. Hoppy, fruity, sweet aroma. Full body and creamy mouthfeel with notes of hops, citrus, sweet malt, but not so strong.
