22 oz. bottle pours hazy cloudy pale gold yellow with a lively carbonation that leaves a large foamy white head that lasts. Aroma is musty dry hops yeast light funk and earthy fruitiness. Taste is dry bitter hops funky yeast and underlying citrus and pepper. Pretty enjoyable!

From a 75 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a hazy gold with an off white. Fruity nose. Flavors of Orange bergamot and herbs from Provence. Crisp and refreshing.

Transfer from BA review on 4-12-14- Poured from bottle into a snifter Appearance – The beer pours very lightly hazy light yellow-amber color with a billowy white head. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to bits of foamy lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma of the beer is heavies of a yeasty and spicy aroma with lots of lemongrass and citrus aromas mixed within. Along with these smells are some nice aromas of a grapefruit citrus as well as some hints of pineapple. Some aromas of cumin spice as well as pepper are there as well giving a rather crisp and yeasty aroma. Taste – The taste begins with a somewhat crisp bready flavor along with a rather strong showing of a yeasty taste. Along with these flavors are some orange citrus and a bit of an almost pineapple like sweetness. While not sweet upfront, the beer dries out even more as the taste advances forward. Hop flavors which are light at the front, of the tongue, become more potent as the flavor advances forward with flavors of a grapefruit and grassy hop the most pronounced. With some lemongrass and light spice of a more peppery nature coming to the tongue as well during the taste profile, at the end, one is left with a rather crisp and moderately refreshing taste to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer on the slightly thinner side with a carbonation level that is on the higher side. Both are rather fantastic for the citrus, spice, and yeasty flavors and makes of a nice crisp feeling overall. Overall – While not a flavor powerhouse it is very approachable for a brew of 7 % abv with a rather crisp and refreshing feel and a nice blend of flavors. Overall this is a nice one for a summer day.

Bottle - 1pt 6oz. Pours a cloudy, light blond body with a thick white foamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with piney and grainy hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries coriander, grapefruit, malty, and some grainy notes. Alcohol is very subtle. Ends with a long, Saison-style, bitter/sour finish. Good stuff.

Hazy yellow with enormous retained head. A tad of funk in the yeast. Smooth drinking though and satisfying summer beer.

Pours a hazy solar yellow with a thick and fluffy eggshell head. Aroma is not strong but tempts with fruity and yeasty notes plus a hint of woody hops. Refreshing flavor teases the palate with light banana, pear, citrus, woody hop, yeasty and subtle malty notes that land on the taste buds as delicately as a butterfly. Texture is a bit thin, but quite lively. A Swedish jungle? Lemon curry? Whatever - enjoy.
