I have always been intrigued by the thought of taking brown bottle beer into green bottle territory. So when I was asked to brew a beer for a 24h party that was to be held in celebration of Swedish fashion house Weekday’s 10th birthday, I jumped at the chance immediately.

Weekday is an ale mimicking a lager. It is brewed using a blend of English, German and American hops - one for each day of the week.

Bottle at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, Norra Vallgatan
Hazy blond color , small head. A dry pale ale, with very light malt qualities, crispness, and with fading hop qualities, although it’s still fairly bitter.
