Straw yellow in color, this light and refreshing beer is a german-style Kolsh. Its delicious pale malt body recives the perfect balance from the delicate german hallertau. Our private strain of yeast and cold conditioning accents the beer’s flavor with a crisp clean finish.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2004 Pale golden color with a small white head. Faint sweet nose. Flavor starts light and sweet with a hint of hop spicyness to back it up. Mild like most Kolsches.

Draft at brewpub. Golden color with thin white head, not much lacing. Nice aroma, classic blonde ale malts and hops with some spiciness. Bold, spicy hops and lots of them with a malt balance. Medium body, pleasent carbonation. Nice little brew.

A very drinkable beer. Light in color and flavor, the beer is refreshing (especially following a flag football game) and very easy to drink. The color is a light, straw-colored yellow with a very slight head.
