3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft-brewery. It is slightly dark in color for an APA. It has good flavor, but is a little lacking in the hops department. I know that as a hophead I am a little biased towards the hoppier APAs like Great Lakes Burning River or Three Floyds Alpha King, but this being said , Onopa APA is towards the malty side of balanced. Overall though an enjoyable beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Lightly cloudy orange/amber color with a moderate foamy dense head. Aromas of caramel, light oranges and silage. Light orange citrus and malt flavors. This is closer to a classic IPA than most self professed american IPAs. Sedate as todays standards go, but very drinkable with a nice floral finish.
